We only deal with quality manufactures and we personally test each product and leave no bolt unturned! Only when we're sure it's up to the Just Balance Bikes standard do we put them on the website.

Good value

Chose this bike after seeing it in a bike shop in Suffolk. Bought for our young grandson who will just be tall enough to use it as the seat height is lower than other makes. Delivered quickly, easy to put together and is well made. Love the colour. Can't wait to see our grandson's face!

Everything about this company is excellent.

We bought a balance bike here for our little boy at Christmas it arrived the next day!! 4 months later we lost a piece to chance it from 3 wheels to 2 wheels. Rang them up and next day we had it!! Have recommended this company to all our friends and family. Thank you for a great little bike our little one loves it

Almost perfect.

I loved the products , my only issue was with the speed of delivery and that was important as it was my grandaughters birthday , I was sent the wrong order and although quick to apologize the alternative took ages to arrive and I did pay for next day delivery. I had no present for my grandaughter on her birthday . So disappointed .

I'm glad you like the helmet and bike but I'm sorry the wrong helmet was sent. My warehouse manager contacted you as soon as we heard about the mistake and the correct helmet was sent out the same day. I appreciate that the wrong helmet shouldn't have been sent in the first place and although this is extremely rare it doesn't help the fact that you didn't have the helmet for your granddaughters and for this I am sorry. I have re-funded the delivery charge to your card and can only apologise again for the mistake.

Not impressed

I ordered my little girls bike then hlmet on Thursday and paid 5.50 pounds for each item and it now Monday and neither have arrive would think twice before paying extra money for next day delivery with this company

Your order for the bike was placed on Thursday 28th at 5:00pm and your helmet was placed at 7:20pm, after the cut-off time for next day delivery which is 3:00pm as stated on our website, so your order was picked and despatched the very next day, Friday 29th. The courier does not deliver at the weekend or Bank Holidays, again pointed out on our website, so the next available delivery day was Tuesday as it was a Bank Holiday weekend. Also, if you had placed the order for the helmet and bike together it would have only cost the fixed £5.50. We pride ourselves on our service and delivery and I’m sorry you felt that on this occasion it was not as expected. Regards, Paul.

Excellent

I ordered a balance bike on the weekend and it was with me by the Tuesday. There were parts unfortunately missing but I telephoned them immediately and they couldn't do enough to correct it. Had a couple emails to keep me up to date and the missing parts were received the next day. Fantastic quality bike and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Brilliant product and customer service.

Shame....satisfactory once assembly managed

Sturdy little bike small enough for 21 month old grand daughter but difficult to assemble handle bars to main frame. This is because rubber caps/seals supplied are ill fitting and need butchering and brute force to ensure control of front wheel - and now will not allow handlebars at lowest height setting - also diagrams/instructions unclear - Shame!

Hi Sarah. I'm sorry that you had some issues assembling the bike. The steering bushes do need to be tight in order to be effective but shouldn't need an excessive amount of force. Quality bike

Very smart looking bike which we are delighted with! Pneumatic tyres, quality build and slightly scooped seat to prevent sliding off, make this a really great bike for the price. Fantastic, friendly advice from Paul and quick delivery.

Great experience and high quality bikes

I just ordered from Just Balance bikes. I had little idea of how to buy the right bike for my tiny toddler but their website and videos made it so much easier and it was clear that the bikes were great quality. Delivery was quick and efficient too

Long returns and refund process I ever experienced

So it's over ten days since I found my son's new balance bike to be faulty. After sending a video to the M.D as proof of issues. So bike is picked up 7 days after reporting it to the company. Ask for returns policy no reply asked for returns address staff didn't know address have to wait for m.d to call you with details. Email arrives we will be in touch on returns processing. Two days later email arrives after me requesting again for bike to be returned. When I asked if I should order a replacement bike. Told by company we feel you should look else for a replacement bike. In other words sod off! You may not like a customer informing you of a bike not fit for use. I purchased from you due to customers feedback as a parent buying a boke for my son. Being told to go else where to purchase is just not a postive way to support a child learning to ride a bike. I am still waitingfor a refund or any notice of where you are upto dealing with my return. Have a clear policy and clear information from your staff helps. But as this hasn't happened I cannot say anything postive about my experience with your company. After writing this I expect more delays to occur.

Hello Brad. I am sorry that you have been disappointed with our service and communication regarding your return. As you will recall initially you contacted us regarding a fault with the bike and we were working towards sending replacement components to repair it. It was then decided that you no longer wished to have the bike so we started the process of return, which in this case because it was down to a manufacturing fault was done at our cost and arranged by us, minimalising your inconvenience. We now have the bike which arrived a couple of days ago and the refund was issued in full the same day. We have been told by the bank that it can take anything up to 5 working days to show as cleared funds in your account and sadly this is not something that we have control over.

The only reason I suggested getting a replacement balance bike elsewhere was because you had made it clear that you didn't want the same bike to replace the faulty bike and unfortunately we don’t have an alternative bike on our website that would suite your needs. I am sorry if this came across as negative and it certainly was not intended that way.

Customer service and quality product are at the top of our list of priorities and the reviews on TrustPilot and my website reflect this with many satisfied customers. I am sorry that on this occasion our service didn't live up to your expectation. It is very rare that we have any problems with the bikes we sell, so thank you for sending the video of the fault and now that we have the bike we will take the problem up with the manufacturer to ensure that this manufacturing problem doesn't arise again.

Outstanding Service

Outstanding service, ordered and delivered within a couple of days, received a text with a 1hr delivery slot so no waiting in all day. Bike was easy to put together and a sturdy balance bike much better than a cheap one we had for our older son. Excellent value for money would definitely recommend the bike and the company. Thank you.
