Ordered the balance bike in the evening, received an email to say the order was being processed within approx 5 mins, I noticed I had written the address wrong and sent an email, no problem they replied and corrected it. The bike arrived the following day and is just what we wanted thank you Xx

We were looking forwardcto seeing our grandson on the balance bike we had bought from another company and were very diappointed that it was far too big!
We scoured the internet for VERY small ones of which there were very few and to be honest, this company advertised one that looked far more substantial and sturdy than any other whilst still being lightweight. Ordering was straightforward with next day delivery the norm. We were given a one hour timeslot for delivery and they actually arrived early.
The bike was well packaged and easy to assemble with the tools supplied. It appears as sturdy as I had hoped and is a perfect size for an 22month old child on its lowest setting whils having plenty of room for adjustment as he grows. He hasn't really got the hang of it yet, but I have high hopes!

Easy to order and delivered quickly, however husband was a bit peeved there weren't other delivery options available (e.g if you're not in a hurry a cheaper option).
I was pleased that I was given a 1 hour delivery slot so I didn't have to stay in all day.
The bell is a bit disappointing-doesnt really ring.
Overall really pleased and know our little dude will be super excited on his birthday

The bike was delivered promptly and well packaged. Assembly is straightforward requiring only one spanner and an allen key.A quality product which I am sure will give years of fun.

My grandson was desperate for a red balance bike this Christmas. Looking around I found just what he wanted at balance bikes. The delivery was quicker than expected however, when it arrived it was blue. Panic- but I need not worry, after speaking to a very helpful staff member I received the red bike the following day. The staff were not only accommodating but friendly and polite. The bike is great so happy Christmas all round. Thoroughly recommend.

I ordered a Just Balance Bike along with a Safety Helmet online, the complete package was delivered before 12:00 the next day. Incredible speed of delivery considering we are only 15 miles from Aberdeen.

The items were very well protected and suitably wrapped. Assembling the bike was very easy using the tools and diagrams provided.

I bought this bike for my two year old granddaughter, she is quite small and all other bikes were far too big and heavy! She has really taken to her first balance bike and rides it everywhere, even in the house :)

We had looked at lots of places to get our little ones first balance bike. Just balance bikes provided a great range with v clear info on the specs of each one. The videos they had were really handy too to see what you were looking at more clearly. The price was v competitive and we received it 2 days later while receiving updates on the delivery. V pleased with our purchase and Just Balance Bikes have provided an excellent hassle free service.

I ordered a balance bike at 0950 on 27/11/2015. At 1026 I received an email to say the item had been picked, packed and was on its way. Delivery was on Monday 30/11/2015. Could not have asked for better service.
