Fantastic service
It was the first time I had shopped at this store I found the website easy to navigate and found the perfect bike for my son. The payment went through no problem and the bike was delivered really quickly. However the wrong bike was delivered but I contacted the phone number on the confirmation email and the problem was
rectified straight away they sent me a new bike out n took the other away. The customer service was impeccable the call was answered straight away by a lovely gentleman he was very apologetic and fixed my issue straight away and when the call had ended I was happy. Great service would highly recommend. The bike was perfect exactly what I wanted.
