Rubbish after sale repair service.
Twice I've sent my hadwae drill back to be repaired. It's less than 12 months old, and Robert who has dealt with the matter throughout has left me feeling humiliated, belittled and stupid. It was alot of money, and I expected it to last much longer than this. I got my drill back yesterday, and it still doesn't work.

Dear Julia,
Your Hadewe Domiciliary drill did come back to us early February 2024 with a split cable, this type of mechanical damage is not covered by warranty but we arranged repair for it as if it was covered under the warranty, free of charge. Upon receiving the drill back from the service centre, we have inspected the drill to make sure it was in full working order, which it was, and we dispatched it to you. You advised us that you believed that the drill still had problems and we agreed to collect it free of charge; seeing as the collections driver was sent away, we sent you a Freepost label. The drill arrived at our office a few days later, Robert inspected the drill immediately and phoned to inform you that the drill was in perfect working order.
We have emailed you another Freepost label so you can return the drill for further inspection by the Hadewe service department.
With regards to Robert being rude, the entire podiatry team shares an office with senior management, and we enforce a strict code of conduct vis-à-vis telephone manner and customer service, we do apologize if you felt unhappy in dealing with our company.
We are sorry to have lost you as a customer, but should you require any further help, we’ll be here to assist.

First time order…
First time ordering and I bought small items (toe props) which were just put in the box with no packaging. No size guides on them so I’m not sure which is which. I’d have hoped for some sort of packaging as they are for patient supply!
