I recently ordered CBD coconut oil from this seller, fast postage and excellent value for money. Item packaging not as described though, hence 4 stars not 5, but still I can recommend this online CBD store 🌿👍

it's been 3 weeks since ordering, website says "order Complete" but i've not received any tracking details for the order which is being sent by parcelforce tracked 48. I emailed to get an update and some tracking information. and i've had no response, apart from an automated response which does not confirm anyone has read it. The most annoying part is not receiving a human response to my email, and I take this as an indication that i should get my bank to recover the funds. If they won't respond to email I can't get my money back any other way.

I have had orders in the past which turned up fine but this time it's like they don't sell CBD carts anymore.

If you are reading this Just CBD, I wish to cancel my order and have a refund.

Their Full Spectrum CBD gel caps are the best product of it's kind I have found in the UK. Very disappointed they are now out of stock and unavailable for weeks now!

I was offered a promotional item when subscribing to a newsletter and got sent something else instead. I ordered a 250mg gummy rings in peach (on promo, pay delivery) to try as I have heard great things about this company. I have just opened my parcel and I have been sent vape juice? I have just sent customer service an email and hope they respond soon as I can not use this item and is not what was promised on the promo.

I've been loving the CBD gummies for more than an year now. Usually I had placed my order though the UK site, but being in the EU I was redirected to the European site where there was no delivery to my country. Callum has taken over my request and he went above and beyond to help me receive my favorite gummies. Many thanks to Callum and the CBD team, keep up the good work!

I have been a user of CBD products (mainly oils/tinctures) for a couple of years. Thought I’d try something different and ordered a vape. Unfortunately it arrived broken and leaking. I contacted customer support via WhatsApp and received a reply almost straight away. Callum offered me a replacement with next day delivery. Having not been impressed with the quality of the vape, I asked if I could swap it with another item to the same value. This was agreed to no questions asked and I opted for the gummies. They arrived the next day. The gummies are good quality and taste amazing. Callum followed up with a message to ensure I was happy with my exchange. The customer service I received was second to none and for this reason I will definitely be buying from them again.

Really wanted to like these gummies, but so far have bought 3 backs of the vegan pouches. ALL were out of date (printed on back with US date code). One pack so old all the gummies moulded together very, very poor selling old stock. Can provide photos of different packs bought with date stamp on them if helpful. Such a shame because I'd read good things about these gummies.

I tried the peach ring gummies and found them pretty perfect for chilling. They just made me chillaxed and made my stress go away (yes, I was smitten with a girl and eating those gummies made me less stressed/depressed).
