I had to clear my Uncle’s flat as he moved into more assisted living. Just clear was easy and quick to book and any fears of not returning keys on time were soon allayed.
Yesterday morning, as I looked at the endless piles and bags for clearance, it was hard to imagine it could be done. The stairways and fire doors were going to be a challenge.
When David arrived I was (gently 😊) urged to go downstairs. In comfort, and oblivious to the fervent activity, I read the paper and chatted to residents that passed by until David invited me back to find the flat completely cleared.
After a very challenging year of ill health and unfortunate incidents for my Uncle, David’s handling of this stage of events was a pleasure to experience.

The huge sense of relief is still with me today!

1. Communication: The communication with David was clear, prompt and precise from the onset. He communicated promptly and did not over-commit. Whenever he was in doubt, he asked and clarified. He gave an estimate and when he realised that the work may go beyond the estimate, he revised it and requested another approval. The final invoice was within the range of the final estimate.
2. Quality of work: Very good standard of work. David and his assistant displayed a very high standard of work. They left the property clean. They were on time.
3. Going beyond: David went beyond his scope when the next door neighbour needed help to move the fridge out.
I will strongly recommend to anyone who needs a partial clear of full clear. Extremely professional and delight to work with.

David Mitchell at Just Clear provided a brilliant house clearance service when we were selling my mum's house following her move into care.

David was really easy to work with, communicating clearly and promptly right the way through from quote to completion. I particularly appreciated his regular photo updates as he and his team made progress through the job.

My experience for clearance using Just Clear Aylesbury was fantastic. After submitting my request for a quote, David was very prompt with quote. With in few hours he send me a quote. Even in his busy schedule, he was able to squeeze in flat clearance request. During the clearance day, was very punctual with the time. I don't think anybody can do faster clearance than these guys as I am talking about 3rd floor flat clearance. Finally and most important pricing is also very reasonable in the market. I have recently had to clear my brother’s house in Milton Keynes, as he has had to move into a care home. He had lived in the house for fifty plus years, and can politely be described as a ‘hoarder’! Everything had to be gone through carefully as he had mixed up his financial papers with shopping catalogues, books, school reports etc. David Mitchell came round and assured me that everything would be either donated to charity or recycled. The fact that his belongings would not go to landfill would have been very important to my brother. David and his colleague Aidan were very through and did an excellent job of clearing the house, loft and garage - even vacuuming the property once it was empty! David confirmed that items had been donated to Age Concern, Salvation Army and two local hospices. I would have no hesitation in recommending David Mitchell and JustClear.

David and his team were so professional, I would thoroughly recommend their house-clearance service. He was very efficient right from the start - in replying to emails and calls - right through to the end of the work. They were able to remove all the items, including breaking up a large sofa and bed - and taking items down from a difficult-to-access loft space. I was particularly impressed with their commitment to reusing and recycling household items. They were extremely polite and tidy as well which was an added bonus.

I used Just Clear to remove some items from a rental property I was moving out of. The whole process was very straightforward which was a relief given how stressful moving can be! Their communication was very good as I found they replied to my questions within a few hours by email and they kept me updated on the day as to when they were likely to arrive. Overall I was very pleased and will use again for any similar jobs in future.
