Just clear answered my enquiry very effectively and gave me all the information I needed.

Quick response to initial request for booking & in subsequent correspondence. Turned up on time on the day to collect furniture, staff very friendly & careful with taking furniture out of house. A very good job, would recommend.

Really efficient and friendly. It was a major job (probate clearance) but all accomplished in a day and a bit. I must also mention that as part of the quote, they also moved a number of treasured family posesssions up to my new home in the north of England. Again, this was handled very efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Top marks all round.

Olivia was great - friendly, courteous, & professional. She set it up & made it all very easy, & in a relaxed but thorough way.
George & Sidney were fantastic. Again, very friendly, courteous & professional; you knew immediately that the job was going to be done well, & it was. All cleared in about half an hour, amazing, including some paint tins which I should have sorted but which they very generously took with them anyway. Great stuff.

Excellent service from the initial contact through final removal. Price quoted was fair and they scheduled promptly. The gents that came round were polite, friendly and professional. Got the job done in a fraction of the time I expected. Superb service. If you've got stuff to get rid of these are the guys to use, thank you!

Very helpful from start to finish. Very efficient and contractors turned up at time allocated and got job done. Olivia was great to give me a slot on the day I rang.

Really good and responsive service in Worthing. Richard arrived on time and was really helpful in looking round the house and shopping the job. Kate at head office was very clear and helpful, and Leo and William who cleared my Mum's house today were lovely and a really safe pair of hands. Service made it all so much easier - thank you!

Two very efficient and pleasant operatives, Leonardo and Zach, arrived as scheduled. Plenty of Brazilian music (and Samba moves) as they quickly and thoroughly cleared the property. A cracking team, and a great experience. Highly recommended.

Justclear Kingston provided me excellent experience. I’m vey happy buying a Chinese oil painting there. Very organized display all the products in the warehouse. Very patient explaining of the products.

Good communication with Brendan & the office. Collection quickly arranged. Mark worked quickly & efficiently to remove heavy bits & pieces no longer required from the garage. Would recommend and use again.

So pleased with the service Just clear provided. From Kate in the office who was very helpful and George K and Giannis who were hardworking, reliable and friendly, our clearance due to our move went well. We had more stuff on the day then we realised and they made sure we were able to get everything in the van and doing an extra trip, they were so helpful. We will definitely be using Just clear in the future.

I wanted to say how professional, swift and kept all noise to a minimum which was helpful as we are a working office.

Fabulous service from Jack and Leo. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I don't like paying for services in advance and by bank transfer. But even that was very easy.

From first communication to the actual job Just Clear were professional, their quote was very reasonable.

George and William who carried out the job were very kind and showed great empathy. The checked with us about anything they weren’t sure of. They made the whole experience so much easier by their caring attitude. After searching on Trustpilot for a reputable House Clearance company, we came across Just Clear. From our very first contact with Kate in the office, we were reassured by their speedy and efficient communication and professional manner.
Kate arranged a visit prior to the work required to ensure that their initial quote from photographs was accurate, and considering the huge amount of work involved, we found that quote to be very reasonable. In addition, they accommodated our request to pay a 50% deposit with the remainder on completion and ensured that this was a simple process with the minimum of fuss.
On the day, the team of two men Frankie and Danny kept in touch with us at all times and could not have worked harder, despite the weather being horrendous. They completely cleared and emptied a two bedroom 2nd floor flat and battled five flights of stairs and the rain to make sure the job was completed on time. They were friendly, polite and never complained once which was hugely appreciated by us. They also made sure we were completely happy with the job after they had finished.
It is never easy organising the clearance of a property, especially after the death of a loved one. However, we would highly recommend Just Clear and will certainly be using their services again. A special shoutout particularly to Danny and Frankie, but thank you to Kate and all the team at Just Clear for an amazing job.

They moved an enormous amount of material in a short space of time ... it would have taken my 10 times as long so they really are worth the expense to bring in.
