Lisa at Just Clear was really helpful, very kind and most efficient. She very ably arranged for my single divan and mattress to be collected from my third floor flat in London where unfortunately there is no lift. The two men collecting were also really good and cheerful and everything went very smoothly. Thank you very much indeed.
