In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.

composite personnel garage door
I recently purchased a composite personnel garage door from Just Door and couldn't be happier with it. The quality of the door is excellent, with a really solid feel and a high-quality finish that has transformed the look of my garage.
I fitted the door myself, and everything arrived well packaged and exactly as ordered. The door was well made, the dimensions were accurate, and the installation went smoothly.

Great service, communication, lead in time & product
I am a contractor in the North East of England, I have used other bi-fold door suppliers before. I was being messed around with the price, and lead in time so I contacted Just Doors UK Ltd. First time I used them and I will continue to use them. Great service from the start to the finish. The price was considerably cheaper and the lead in time was only a few weeks. They delivered as a curb side drop, day before notice then a more of an accurate time the night before. I was worried that the quality of the product maybe comprimised as it was cheaper, however they are great. The windows / door fitters were also impressed and will use Just Doors for all future orders. 10/10

They delivered on time and very helpful when offloading.
The price was reasonable.
Downside, quality not quite to the same standard as doors supplied for the house by others but their is a price difference.
However, acceptable enough
I have reviewed this up from 3 to 4 stars.
I was originally very close to giving them 4 stars.
The difference is that they rung me, inquiring how I came to my rating and after a brief conversation it became obvious to me that they care about their reputation and that is important.
I would purchase from them again!

Delivery was fixed around when it suited them, although they were felxible about unloading themselves and called during the delivery process to confirm exactly where to leave it.
