All uPVC profiles, doors slabs and UPVC panels supplied by the company (Just Doors UK), carry a comprehensive guarantee from the date of delivery provided that the goods have been paid for as per the contract. In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.
* Excludes Oak and Darkwood coloured slabs - 5 year warranty to hand-applied stained colours.

The doors I received were ‘ok’ they were slightly twisted once hung even though I had stored flat before installing, there was no markings on top of the doors either stating which side the lock block was on, delivery wasn’t the time stated originally and the drivers were quite rude also

Ordering was easy but delivery was very…
Ordering was easy but delivery was very erratic. The first van pulled up saying they had our delivery of doors and windows 7 days after placing the order for a single door so clearly an error had been made. To compound things they attempted a different delivery less than a week later, again for a completely different set of items.
When the correct delivery was scheduled some 4-5 weeks later it didn't arrive on the day it was scheduled. It did however arrive the next day after I chased up customer service who up until that point had been excellent.
When my fitter arrived 2 days later he couldn't finish the install as 1 gasket was missing from the glass bead strips (really difficult to fit btw and my fitter said he had never had.so much difficulty fitting the beading units and needed to resort to a hammer 😬.
I immediately contacted customer service and 4 days later nothing and I am doing all the chasing for the missing strip of gasket 😢
Gasket arrived safe and sound and I was able to fit the last 3 beading strips myself 💪😀

I completely understand your frustration, especially with having to do all the chasing just to get your installation finished. It's also incredibly concerning to hear that your fitter had such a difficult time with the glass bead strips, resorting to a hammer is definitely not how that process should go!
Our records indicate that the missing gasket strip should have been delivered to you by now so you can finally complete your installation. I am following up on this immediately to ensure it has safely arrived and that everything is now sorted for you. If it hasn't turned up, please let me know right away so I can fast-track another one.

A great company to deal with. Website was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. The advice over the phone was helpful. Door seems to be very good quality.
