In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.

A few issues with fitting which were all my own making. Great advice provided and now fits perfectly. Staff in the office were all lovely folk to deal with.

Bought 2 windows took a couple of weeks delivery when delivered only glass for one window plus 1 glass damaged had to ring to order 1 glass and ask where glass was for second window then had to wait another couple of weeks for delivery which is OK if you can wait that long but I won't order again if I need them quicker than that

Disappointing
I ordered a basic door and a window for my garage from Just Doors (JD). I'm an experienced DIY'er but this was my first venture into fitting uPVC doors/windows. Consequently I needed guidance from their website instructions and YouTube content.
I received a pack multi of coloured spacers and 4 fixing screws a week before the delivery.
I set about fixing the door and window on the day of delivery (Friday) and found that I needed a minimum of 4 fixing screws for the window and another 12 screws for the door (according to the door manufacturers guidance) and recommended linear glazing platforms which weren't supplied. By the time I realised the shortfalls JD was closed for the weekend. I could buy a pack of 100 screws from national DIY stores, but only needed 12, however I was unable to find anyone to supply the platforms. So the job stopped. The screws were ordered from Amazon (for next day delivery) along with more spacers.
On the Monday JD informed me they didn't supply platforms and should use the spacers that were supplied. I contacted the manufacturer and was told they wouldn't supply me with the platforms as they only deal with traders and referred me back to JD who then informed me that they could order some for me at a cost.
A day after JD stated they would send me the platforms free of charge, which they did by post. The platforms arrived a week later, by which time the door and window had been fitted.

Great doors, although slightly warped but according to our builder this will straighten out.
The only grumble I have is that there had to be second person to assist the driver, which can be troublesome particularly if there is an elderly person who is unable to assist , or in my case I have a bad back therefore my husband had to take the day off work to assist
