In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.

I bought a door
I bought a door, product and service were exceptional, very helpful staff and product everything how it supposed to be.
But then realized i made a mistake and shouldn't have ordered a thumb turn barrel.
I wanted to buy a replacement and offered to send back the barrel and keys at my own expense just so it could randomly be used in the future, I don't like waste. I was told NO and buy a new barrel locally. I wasn't expecting that.

I recently purchased a new front door from Just Doors UK and installed it myself. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the product and the experience.
The ordering process was straightforward, with a wide range of styles and customisation options. Being able to get the exact measurements right gave me confidence going into a DIY install.

The door was delivered within ten days of ordering and the whole process of ordering was actually very simple. The builders who fitted it remarked that it was excellent quality and were surprised at how much it cost. They thought it would have been more expensive.
