Catch 22
The ordering process is great, and delivery is fine, but returns another story...I wanted to return and the options were an issue, but I've given the shoes away, or gifted to others. The pay monthly thing is kind of off as well because of what you spend when you do...and forgetting to turn the month off doesn't really give you a good taste in your mouth. Yes its a good product especially for folks with large feet, hence why I keep coming back...just have to remember to turn the month off.

Thank you Chad for your forwarding me an automatic response as to how you cannot help me with replenishing my 3 months expired credits after being a loyal customer for over 15 years. Thank you for offering $10 credit instead as opposed to 3 months of credit charged on my credit. Poof…just fab really worked their magic together with the customer service there…really appreciate how yall went above and beyond to help… not. Just going to cancel, not worth it.

They steal money from credit card
They steal money from credit card. I ordered a pair of shoe and every month they started charging my credit card for membership fee. I talked with them and cancelled the auto debit but still next month they charged me. It's better to use one time prepaid card or disposable card to make purchase with them. Otherwise without any notification, they will charge your card.
