I’ve been a VIP member with JustFab since 2019 and had five credits expire without receiving the promised reminder emails. Their July 2023 membership update clearly stated that reminder emails would be sent 3 months before expiration — yet I never received a single one.
I contacted customer service multiple times, and even escalated the issue through BBB and FTC complaints. The responses I received were robotic and dismissive, repeating the same policy lines without addressing the fact that they failed to deliver on their own written promises. When asked for proof that reminder emails were sent, they provided none.
To make it worse, I still have one remaining credit expiring in March, and again — no reminder.
This feels like a deceptive practice designed to let credits expire and profit off unused funds. If you're considering becoming a VIP member, think twice before trusting JustFab’s policies or communication.
Update 04-07-2025 (in response to company reply):
Thank you for your response. I have already submitted my account details through the BBB complaint #23005774. Despite your earlier promises, no resolution has been offered. I still have not received any of the reminder emails you claim were sent. I'm disappointed that the issue has been dragged on for months without results. Please do better for your long-time customers.

Thank you for your reply, Zeth — but unfortunately, nothing has changed.
JustFab still refuses to reinstate or refund the expired credits, even though I never received the promised email reminders before expiration. Despite multiple formal requests (through BBB, FTC, and direct contact), the company has not provided any proof that these reminder emails were ever sent.
Instead, I continue to receive generic responses repeating their policy, without addressing the lack of communication that caused this issue in the first place. Telling me I can downgrade my account now does nothing to resolve the fact that I lost money due to a broken promise in writing ("we'll start reminding you 3 months before expiration").
At this point, it's clear the company is more interested in protecting their policy than actually helping customers who trusted their word. I remain extremely disappointed, and I do not consider this issue resolved.

The shoes I purchased was on sale for $17.48 and I used Afterpay and I was charged the full price instead of the clearance price and would like to know why charged the full price instead of sale price.?
