Happy but sad bec. I was charge by membership
Hola! I became a member last month April of 2020 as a VIP i was charge of 39.95 how come? i thought it was free membership and i read in the terms and condition i will be charge if i will not purchase on the fifth month..
Please explain i was so dissapointed. I have read same problem that they had charge of membership and the refund and replies takes so long.
Hope this will not happen to me..
Looking forward in your fast action in this issues..

My experience with justfab was so good.Delievry was on time and material of the stuff that i bought was best.
The only problem i am facing now is that i get notified about sales through email but in website of justfab it does not show any reduction in price.Every product is on its fuIl price even in the sales section.I dont know if it is some technicle issue or something is wrong with my account.
