I would like to update this review to say that since March, when this went up, the company has been hounding me to update the review and remove it. Now it has gotten Trustpilot on the case as they want it removed. So not only do they trick you into subscriptions, they then try to bully you into removing negative reviews just because they've refunded you. The fact that I was refunded after writing a negative review does not mean it wasn't a hugely negative experience, not to mention a waste of my time, and thus I completely stand by the review. If Trustpilot takes it down just because this company complains, Trustpilot has no value.

This is a scam website. I followed a link on Facebook that was supposedly for a Zara box of clothes. After making the initial transaction for £5.86, which I verified with an OTP, I was asked for another £2. I decided at that point there was something dodgy about it, so stopped progressing.

The following day I received an email that said I was going to be charged €47.50 in two days for my VIP membership with this company. There was a link to follow if one wanted to stop the payment, but rather unhelpfully it didn't allow you to cancel as it said your account was blocked from cancellation for technical reasons for 24 hours. I then contacted support and asked to cancel on the grounds I never signed up for this, and received a cancellation for two weeks, meaning they still planned to take these funds. This company is fraudulently pretending to sell items to get your details and sign you up for expensive subscriptions that provide nothing and that you can't cancel in time to stop funds coming out. I tried to chat with a customer service representative, who was totally unhelpful. If you also have this experience, I urge you to immediately call your bank and ask them to stop any future payments to this firm. This is what I did shortly after the call and the bank assures me there is time before the next scheduled payment (for absolutely nothing and for something I never agreed to). But if I'd left it another day there may not have been. So my advice is that if you also find you've ended up being scammed by this company, don't bother trying to reason with them - their business model is to trick people - and instead call your bank immediately.

I did not purchase any in this company and suddenly charging me 208.24€ 2x and it is never return my money so be careful to put your card détails online. They will mention to put à review to manage the refund but until now i have not receive any and had another charges in December...this is à scam...

This is a classic subscription scam. Offer you a low price item then sign you up for a subscription without you knowing it. Please check the 1 and 2 star reviews which all say the same thing. Weirdly, all the good reviews are about how they "solved" a problem, none about them being good in the first place. They use other names such Fab VIP etc etc. Beware
