Long story short, they sent me the wrong size shoes and kept insisting that they didn't when I asked for a refund and no charge to return them.

Their game is to offer you a discount to keep the merchandise. I told them no discount is going to make the shoes fit! Then it became apparent that it would cost me more to return the shoes than I paid for them to begin with. (I won't even get into the quality of the shoes...)

So, I contested the charge on my credit card, and they refunded my money. I put the shoes in the Goodwill box.

If I could give no stars I would! The main issue is the deceptive way they deal with delivery and returns. Packages appear to be posted from the UK but returns must go to China at your own expense with a lengthy delay on refund coming through. It is vrtually impossibvle to make any return economically viable! This is a chinese company, not a UK one.

Do not buy from this Company. Very very poor quality merchandise. Product was shipped from warehouse 2 city's away, but company requires returns to be shipped to China. Avoid JUSTFASIONNOW like the their virus.

After not hearing anything about dispatch and delivery I contacted them and was informed that it would be another 8-10 days. I got suspicious by this and searched for reviews which I found to my horror were bad, so I have asked for a refund. They have stated that I should have the refund in a week, then on another email it could be later. I paid by PayPal and should be straight forward for them to refund. If Theo will see what happens.

This NIGHTMARE ONLINE RETAILER is a total SCAM SHAM! THEY HAVE MULTIPLE names here on trust pilot! And they're all in one! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE NO INTENTION TO DELIVER NOR REFUND! PayPal ought be shame as well to service the Nightmare Just Fashion Now!
