Wish I could give a zero star. I purchased the app because I needed a workout to do from my chair. It showed this as a workout but there are only a very few exercises they have that can be done from a chair. The app isn’t easy to go through to find other workouts so I just paid about 80.00 for nothing!! I canceled my subscription but never received a refund. DON’T SUBSCRIBE TO THIS. You can find free chair exercises if you goggle for them!

These programs are ridiculous. I am only able to do routines that are based from the chair. I advise them of this and have been totally ignored. The 28 day program they sent me is impossible, therefore, I am canceling my subscription, and would like a refund of two months.

This was advertised as a lazy workout. It is not. It is hard and I was expected to change positions quickly, go to the floor, get back up, etc. on day three. Please cancel my membership.

I did not do any of the exercises. I am 75 and cannot do what they listed for me. Pushups...really? Reported I had bad knees, so they gave me exercises on my knees???? Trying to get my money back!

Is it possible to rate NO stars? I was billed $100 the first time by JustFit! I managed to get it refunded when I complained that half of each exercise wasn't even showing. I just now managed to get on their page and found an email address for them, but I can't post it in here. I just emailed them because I found ANOTHER $29.99 charge from them! The only thing this phony company makes thinner is your wallet!

This is a complete scam! Everything was working great for the first five days now all of a sudden I don’t have a virtual trainer. I don’t know how to do any of the exercises and when I email them they want my credit card information so that they can fix it. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can do and still have no virtual trainer. My screen is completely blank. Charged me for a year b4 trial was even up & it’s completely worthless bc I have a blank screen. To say I’m im mad is an understatement!! I’m enraged 😡

I took screen shots to prove what I paid was $49.99 with tax. on my MC card. I do not know when google pay came in. Fitness app is not opening says I have blocked cookies. NOPE. I have to have cookies ON for games. Games are working fine. JustFit-Lazy Workout Fails badly. Now it shows in a box I get a 1 week free trial? NUTS! after a week it will bill me $69.99 plus tax per year.
And to add to the insult, I cannot signin. there is no profile sent to me. filled out.
Just Fit icon on my cell. but the download failed. restore retry does not work. very bad. I actually spun a wheel that gave me a new member discount of 29.99/year..and bumps up to $69.99 is so wrong. NO place in payment to put the savings Code.

Horrible. That makes me learn to check reviews which I never do it but I will in the future. This company should be shut down for scamming people or at least removed from Apple.

Used for 3 days and then would not allow you to go any further. Unless you purchase the app ...very frustrating and with that kind of service, I would never purchase it.

So frustrated!!! Enjoyed and in the groove with my new fitness regime and on Day 7 this stupid spin to win thing came up. Not interested ffs 🤦‍♀️. I do not want premium you muppets!! You just lost a customer!!

I used the free version of this app for three days (non-consecutive). I loved the exercises as they were tailored to my age, fitness level, and fitness goals. On the fourth day I attempted to work out with app, I was not able to bypass programs for sale to access workouts. I promptly deleted this app, so as not to accidentally purchase something I didn't want.

Will only let you do the work outs for 3 days and then you have to accept the free trial to get any further.🙁

BEWARE ITS A SCAM. signed up for free trial. They took the subscription for a year and now I cannot access the app. I tried resetting my password. The link does not work or Its telling me the account does not exist. So I emailed their help and they wrote back asking me to provide all my billing details including ccv number. I asked them why they would need that to reset my password. Guess what? No reply to my email.

Would give no stars if possible. This is a scam there is no trial. You get charged immediately and there is no way you can get your money back. Apple will not give you your money back and you can’t get it through the website.

This app is a complete scam. There is no 7 day free trial. Your money is taken immediately and there is no possibility of a refund. In the app itself you cannot amend any details you originally put in in order to alter the type of workouts you receive. I specifically said I had limited mobility with my knees and couldn't do any jumping and on the very first workout there's jumping exercises. It's an absolutely dreadful app which is obviously just a bog standard set of workouts churned out no matter what info you input initially. Not personalised in any way and no means of altering the workouts. The first workout was 7 minutes long!! How's that a workout?

The workout is suposed to be gentle. I am recovering from surgery and the exercise is not appropriate. Stay away !

It doesn’t deserve a star I had pending transaction spoke with frauds team from my bank said the pending was cancelled a day later it’s pending again spoke with bank Pending can’t be dellT with but if the bank cancel my card no way can it be taken guess what it was still taken spoke with frauds team nothing thay can do even when I don’t don’t have a active fever card spoke with bank Can’t claim back spoke with Apple thay said get a emdnaty ( think that’s how to spell it ) claim from sever card transaction which I can’t do because I don’t have a Debera card now the money thay have taken was my car insurance and it will get cancelled even when I’ve explained to the bank I’ve just admitted I have special requirements for my menytal health and ilness which I’ve just admitted and it’s been hard the bank promised to be with me all the way …… was spoken to like I was a dog by a fraud team member who said watch out for letter n sign it he promised me the money will be refunded within 7/10 days mite be worth trying for you all I still haven’t got pa refund but il up date when the 7/10 are up and I can’t ever remember signing up for a trial al never mind a subscription it’s disgusting now I’ve got ap massive insurance policy no car insurance and still that take the money it’s disgusting thay are steeling our money and everyone including myself are struggling at the min and these scammers needyo be stopped

I got this app and realize that the exercises were too difficult for me as I am 68 years old--they present chaur excursuses only--was quite tempting
Upon opening the app, I realized these exercises were too difficult. I am 68 years old and recovering from rotator cuff surgery and two hip replacements and there's no way that I could do these exercises. I cancel the subscription within SEVEN minutes of purchase. I've called Apple three times and they refused to give me a refund. My credit card cannot give me a refund because Apple won't go through with it. I don't know what to do. This is a total scam in my opinion do not waste your money. Good luck getting your money back!!!

Trying to contact someone -- app only allows for technical issues and financial info.

I put in at the beginning that I was unable to do any exercises on the floor and the first day of exercises half of it is on the floor. Half of it is kneeling all of which I said I could not do. When asked to get a refund on the same day I ordered I was told unable to do that. You can enjoy the app for the rest of the year and we will not recharge you at the end of the year. I said what could does that do me? I can't use the app. Everybody stay away from this scam
