I input that I have knee problems and every exercise has knee exercies that I cannot do. And of course you cannot get a refund. There is no way to change what exercise program they give you. This app is terrible and I would give it a zero if I could.

Your heart rate doesn’t go up. It’s a scam.

I tried JustFit for a month and didn’t find the exercises difficult I am 71. I lost inches and weight after giving away cream and sugar. Halfway through the month I opted to go on a 3 month subscription they refunded my portion of the monthly payment this app is amazing I have the privacy of doing in my own home and the expertises are not to difficult keep up the good job

I let them know my limitations and age and lack of fitness. They gave me things to do that I cannot possibly do just out of the gate. I’ve had back surgery and they put things in the plan that injured my back and I didn’t do all of them. I would like my money back.
I quit after 5 workouts. Still recouping on my back.

This has injured me after 2 days. Only allows you to stipulate one part of the body that’s had an injury. So if e.g you’ve had a bad knee and also dodgy back you can’t input both. I chose to say knee, but it’s given me exercises that are not knee-friendly. Now no way of changing these. Altogether very dissatisfied. No customer support. Apparently owned by some mystery company in China.

See some value to app but false free trial..…

1) false free trial - says charged for a year - but gives 9 months for year69 and no free trial. Just charged me- no time to cancel! No info on what is free once signed in!

2) somehow during paid for free trial (somehow paid for year69 for 9 months) it lost my program and did a different one. From weight loss to muscle build. That made me look at what was going on and then discovered charge without free trial! I feel scammed.

3) want a refund but don’t know how to get it. Cancelled but right now stuck with $69 for 9 months (expires in Sept bought in January).

4) Would have considered a monthly subscription to truly try it - if they hadn’t falsely offered free trial and switched to 9 months charge!

Seems purposely confusing and no real free trial! Beware.

I downloaded the justfit app as trial for 7 days and then I was debit with yearly payment from iphone, without even being noticed. And i didn't agree on it

Says you’re starting a free trial and then takes a chunk of money. Scam

Edit: I was able to get refund via dispute with apple with mention of them charging day 1 despite a 7 day trial and no ability cancel without being charged. Never heard from justfit trying to contact them.

I only have done day 1 - the app itself I liked, but it was meant to be a 7 day free trial and I was debited upfront and when I cancelled it said my subscription ends Jan 2025. So this is fraudulent and no free trial.

Seeing other comments, it seems after a few days there are ads to get through to get to the exercises in which case I wouldn't want to proceed a paid app.

Have reported to apple as a scam and a refund and also contacted justfit directly, but this is a problem as it put me in negative with my bank.

Disappointed as if it operated as it did day one ongoing, and this wasn't deceitful I probably would have given it a go and signed up for the 12 months.

This is not a chair app. Im older and not fit for crunches and planking. Paid for but totally unsuitable

App says it is free. Not it is a 7 day “free” trial

I was very excited to start with JustFit. The first day or so was good, felt things would move along nicely. Initially my one problem was the heart monitoring function, it never matched what my Sensa2 indicated but did not worry about that too match at that stage, felt it would adjust to me. It never did.
I was frustrated that there was no way to communicate o provide feedback. In my case the routine developed did not take into account my back problems of which JustFit were informed.
Also the routine models did not stick to a rythym. They hesitated or held a position longer than the one before. Very annoying. I decided on day 21 not to continue. Not one muscle felt tighter nor was one pound was lost As far as I can tell the only exercises that worked a little were the arm exercises. However one days exercise had a repeat 5 times. I thought the program was stuck.
I am not going to request my money back although based on other comments I have read I should. I shall instead look for better free programmes on YouTube.

No refund and a complete scam! DO NOT pay for this app! There’s plenty of free YouTube videos etc with way better workouts that actually do something

I submitted a review earlier today. Since then I have read an email from JustFit which addressed some early concerns that I had. So I can't fault them on actual communication. But they didn't have any solutions to the problem I flagged up. So I'm afraid I'll still be asking for a refund.

I’ll be contacting Apple for a full refund. This app is useless, not least because there’s no means of any sort of dialogue if something is too strenuous or actually causing problems or pain. Very disappointing and even more limited in its scope. There are better free programmes available on YouTube.

You can only select one area of the body as having a problem, but at my age there are several. Too strenuous, no use of a chair, up and down on the floor very difficult in itself.

I shared feedback through the app for a refund on 17 Nov along with mode of payment, transaction details, and username. I am yet to receive a reply and the refund. I need the refund at the earliest. It is a huge disappointment. The exercises are not at beginner level, and I am not satisfied with what you offer on your app. You wanted me to pay upfront for a trial, and in the app it is clearly mentioned about a refund if user is not satisfied. Request to refund immediately 2 weeks have past now.

Just fit did not meet my needs. I had to stop because instead of helping me expand my flexibility, it aggravated my arthritis. It is not for me.

They also made it very difficult to stop after the free trial.

Why do they advertise that they are free then as soon as I finished filling up the form, hit me with a bill when they I haven't even looked at the plan they have for me. That's when I checked out their reviews.. Horrors!! So glad I read the reviews right away. Thanks to the women who got gypped and didn't mince words, they saved me from parting with my hard earned money.

Cannot recommend this app at all!! They deducted a yearly subscription fee without giving me options - plus there is absolutely no way of requesting a refund!!! Totally disgusting scam ….. please DONT fall for this horrible site - they steal your money
