I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. It is a scam. Not able to customize based, although it says you can. I have a bad shoulder(and said that I did), but was given pushups and other shoulder exercises to do. I tried to work with them to get it figured out, to no avail. Then I tried to cancel and they said they would refund the money if I replied with the order number, which I did many times and they never refunded the money. I reached out over and over, but they never followed through. I would never recommend this company/app to anyone, ever. Google does not protect their customers from this type of bad business either, I tried to get help from them as well.

Loving this app

Loving this app, great for building confidence & getting started with exercise again. Yes, paid the annual subscription but feel it's good value. After several life hiccups have allowed myself to become v unfit & overweight. Really struggled with motivation but found these short sessions brilliant as easy to fit in & varied enough to keep going. I get it's not intense enough for avid gym bunnies but a great place to start and easy to build into daily habit. 11 days in and still motivated to keep it up. Only criticism is the heart monitor v inaccurate. Even when sweaty & breathless yesterday - it still declared I was in resting rate & should exercise.

Dangerous app

Dangerous app, they ask for your body limitations and DO NOT TAKE THEM INTO CONSIDERATION, I've hurt my wrist badly following their plan

I've found it not to be a scam

I've found it not to be a scam
I downloaded just fit 5 months after having a full knee replacement (my other knee is due one in the future)
So I'm very limited to what exercise I can do as can't walk without a rollator.

I downloaded it fine and yes was wary as had to put in bank card, however I did get my 7 day free trial and the money came out for the year subscription £37 ish after the trial
(For a year is good)

I chose chair exercises and it's why I
chose it in the first place
I started with the beginners and do the 6/7 minute exercises 2 to 4 times a day every day as work from home I do them at breaktime
I'm now just going to be starting month 3 and still doing beginners chair exercises as it suits me to speed up when I can,I found month 2 harder than month 1,so they
understand that people want different exercise routines and not pushing me too hard but staying on the same thing eg chair
I'm very happy with this app and it works for me,doing it in the privacy of my own home

I may try other exercises as get stronger so plenty of time to make use of the app

I don't know what happens at the end of the 12 months eg do I reapply for another year or they auto take the money,so I will see,not worried as think I will need the app for a long time yet

Thanks lazyfit

A complete scam

A complete scam! I suppose to subscribe to the challenge of 13th of January 2025, and click on the link of Justfit and bought the plus package, the name of Oscarfit shows up then and an email saying he will let you know when your diet will be ready,
supposed tailor diet and exercises are not truly tailor for the user. The videos are terrible you ca not follow an exercise routine properly , is worse than just seen a picture printed, the video is short and irrelevant, you probably injured yourself. Avoid big time! As there is non proper guidance. The worst money i have spent so far! Pity cause she look so real..

Fraudulent charge

I downloaded the app under a 7 day free trail. I decided it wasn't for me and cancelled in the same day. I was immediately charged $42.39 on the day I downloaded the app. I have sent multiple emails to justfit including a screen shot of the charge. They keep sending the same email or asking for information I never received.

Not FREE - do not download the App

A scam it advertises as being “FREE” but that is the con to get you to download the app because as soon as you do there is a rather long personal questionnaire and then they hit you with a cost to get your actual programme. These apps should absolutely not been allowed to advertise as being free when they are not

I am trying to disable the account from automatically taking my money from my account. Please explain how to cancel subscription please. I’ll look forward to a speedy response and affective response from you A speedy response is needed as I’m trying to cancel and it’s just logging my out every time. Thanks
I have managed to get my subscription cancelled after a long time of persistence. What really annoyed me was the fact that they tried to take the money out a day before it was actually due which I think is wrong. But luckily I’ve managed to stop it. Thanks

Avoid, Lazyfit, Scam!!!

Do NOT ever download this app as they trick you into thinking you are receiving a free trial but rather they will automatically take your payment of £37.49 & charge you a yearly subscription! I looked up their name & info on Companies house & the company was dissolved several years ago! So who are these Scammers! They are uncontactable, you will not receive a refund not even via PayPal, even though British law states you have a right of refund in 30 days! Scammers! Avoid!

Misleading advertising...be careful.

Went online to sign up for this app...Deceptive as ITS NOT FREE! It is for the first 7 days then they charge. They let you go through the whole questionnaire and then let you know at the end that it's a 7 day free trial then you have to pay! Luckily as soon as I saw that I didn't sign up! Their advertising on Instagram is misleading they need to be clear.
