I signed up for it under the condition…

I signed up for it under the condition of 7 days free trial. Also, I ticked the box for shoulder injury. The app is advising exercises with heavy use of shoulder movements!
I canceled, but it is telling me the end date is over a year??!
No place anywhere for questions and comments.
Very general routines and not suitable for people with injuries and above 60 years of age.
According to EU law, one can decide to reverse a purchase within period of 14 days. This I could not find anywhere in the app.
I want my money back!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Total misrepresentation of what you get. Furthermore ... I signed up for monthly subscription (so I could give it a fair trial) but was charged for a full year's subscription after free trial expired. When you sign up it says 'cancel any time from the app' - well that's a lie too. Their website is useless ... search for support, an FAQ link comes up and all it does is bring you to the 'neverending scroll' homepage. Don't bother with this - it's a boarderline scam.

I canceled before my free trial was up…

I canceled before my free trial was up and was still charged for a 1 year subscription which was not even the one I selected tried several times to contact someone with no luck contacted Apple they said I have to contact you
This is very bad business why offer a free trial if it's not free because you can't cancel
Also my bank card was hacked twice from this app

Very disappointed

I reviewed this product 20th June and Just Fit said they would refund me. I've emailed them twice with the details they requested and still haven't heard anything from them, including still no receipt of refund. Very disappointed with this company 😕

I registered for the free plan ad…

I registered for the free plan ad advertised. I enjoyed my first 3 days, but I can't log in to day 4 without making a purchase. I can't afford to make a purchase. I would like to be able to keep doing these exercises for free.

Waste of money

I tried to do the first exercise set, but as a complete beginner the app didn't show how to actually DO any of the exercises, I tried to cancel subscription but I'm signed up for a year and Google play won't give me a refund. I had uninstalled the app so tried to reinstall it seeing as I've paid for it but its asking for account details, which I was never asked to set up, now I'm £29.49 out of pocket with no app to try and work out the exercises 😢. Very very disappointed 😞

I started the just fit program and…

I started the just fit program and enjoy it very much, however, I am trying to do day nine but I can't access the workout because of these ridiculous adds. I'm already signed on for 1 year so how the he'll do I get these flipping ads off my phone!? If I don't get any answers and this oroblem is not resolved by end of day, I'm canceling my subscription.

refund not received as promised

Hi, I installed the app to try the free 7 days on 22 May, and $74 WAS DEBITED from my account that day. I unsubscribed the 3rd day and have still not received my refund.

I downloaded for the free 7 days and then you take the money saying it won’t be taken and when I cancel and delete as I don’t want it, in a few hours from downloading you won’t refund!! Disgusting! Do not be fooled by this company! You also get redirected when you look at the menus to another app, where you get a ‘free’ week and no money will be taken and won’t refund!!!! I will be posting on Trustpilot, twitte and instagram to warn people of your shoddy business and disgusting tactics saying you won’t take money now so you have time to decide if you want it and then you take the money and won’t refund! i want my refund back. jhow wouldx you just tqake a subscription for whole year when i just signed for a free trial

Justfit is Great

I love using this App to restore my flexibility and strength after years of paying gym fees and never going. I've been going 109 days now and no I haven't lost much weight but I have no sciatica or neck pain now. Bladder control is way better. Feeling better than i have for years.

Don’t waste your money

I also joined with expectations of at least trying it for 7 days. That never happened. I would have canceled it. App is full of glitches. Also extremely repetitive. I have been doing this for close to 5 months and exercises are always the same with very slight variations. Sometimes they will do one exercise with one leg then skip the other. I have tried some of the different offerings on the site and same exercises! Plus that music is extremely irritating and also repetitive. They also make false promises on their ads that you will lose all kinds of weight quickly. I haven’t lost a pound after so many months. These workouts are supposed to be custom tailored for individuals. Not so. I am 64 with several injuries. Nothing has been taken into consideration. They ask very few questions so how can these be customized? Fortunately I have enough experience to modify so that I don’t injure myself as many have. I have paid for 1 year so I will continue to use it but I don’t intend to ever renew. Don’t waste your money. I’m sure you can do better on YouTube for free.
