Ive now ordered several items through Just Flutes (including a flute). I’ve found both delivery and returns to be completely reliable. Also you can get hold of a person if you need to rather than annoying chat bots which don’t answer your question. I shall continue to purchase music etc through them.

Bought a Glenluce Wexford Alto A whistle from Just Flutes - very few places sell this instrument and Just Flutes were a lot cheaper and the option of free delivery - I paid a little extra and was to receive it by 4pm the following day - it arrived at 11am

Website was easy to use. Order arrived quickly and was securely packaged. Item exactly as advertised. Very happy with my purchase.

Having ordered a clarinet for £3000 on the website, I telephoned to check it was definitely in stock and was advised it was in the workshop and would be sent out the following day. I was then telephoned a day later to advise me that it was not in stock and would take a time to order. I enquired 5 days prior to this to regarding a test play and was informed it was in stock. - lucky I didn't waste my time travelling to Just Fluters! Despite all this, the money was taken from my account and I had to telephone to request a refund. Honestly, I despair. Such a totally unprofessional service and there have been previous issues of a similar nature with reeds over the past 18 months. Go to Howarths of London instead - they are highly knowledgable and very helpful.
