As a teacher I order books often and Just Flutes have a wide selection of materials. Although outside the EU now, my order always arrives quickly. Their sales service is excellent, highly recommended.

The service I received from Just Flutes was second to none. My instrument was broken and I rang for a new Piccolo at about 10.30 and received it by DPD 24 hours later. The assistant who answered my query was polite and helpful and promised to get the instrument to me as quickly as possible - she did it! Thank you. Incidentally I am also very pleased with the Yamaha YPC-32 that I ordered.

Great service - I ordered a couple of products then had another think and ordered another, and Just Flutes were able to combine them and refund me for the postage (which I hadn’t expected). Most impressed - and the kazoos arrived well packaged and good quality. Many thanks- recommended seller.

Purchased a Buffet Crampon Festival clarinet. Pre-Sale Setup agreement on the purchasing website also it’s been confirmed on the phone conversation agreed that the clarinet comes with Pre-sale Setup where the clarinet will be playable when received. However clarinet received without any setup service, the tone holes are not closed properly, bridge key not in right position and crow’s foot not working properly. Clarinet not playable as agreed at all.

Email sent without any feedback for ten days long. Clarinet need to send to the local technician for service by own cost finally.

I recently bought a book a jazz pieces for alto recorder. The service I received from Just Flutes was excellent: prompt delivery, product as described, excellent customer follow-up. I shall certainly return to the company when I am looking for additional challenging pieces.

When my regular supplier for music bits and pieces closed down I was at a bit of a loss for where to go instead. Just Flutes were an excellent replacement. The website is easily navigable and gives all the info i needed. Prices fine. Delivery on time. No problems. Have since heard from fellow musicians that they also use them.

I love Just Flutes for buying music. A happy afternoon trawling through their library with a credit card at hand is the way to go.

Great service, as always. The music arrived within the expected time-frame, well packed and in perfect condition. Occasionally the postman will try to force a large envelope through our letterbox by bending (it must be difficult since the envelopes are very strong!) so I wonder whether it might be worth adding a 'Do not bend' sticker to the envelopes?
