Recently ordered one of their puppy deli boxes, opened it and it was filled with maggoty/caterpillar things crawling all over the natural treats, fly/beetley type insects on the sides of the box and lots of dead ones at the bottom of the box. Whole lot has now been thrown into the bin, absolutely vile. Would have thought something like would have been checked, clearly not.

I have to leave this review in the interests of public health following my visit this evening to the newly opening store in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Upon entering the store it was apparent that none of the 3 visible members of staff on the shop floor were wearing face coverings. Well over 50% of their customers also had no face coverings, when I asked one customer why, he replied, ‘you obviously don’t have to because the staff aren’t wearing them’.
I questioned the staff at the till and they said that they had masks in their pockets!
Product range also poor and little product knowledge.

Bought 4 fish, within 2 days they died and my existing 10 fish in my tank also died, they must have been sick and infected my whole tank! Will never buy from this store again, Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton. Went back to the store to advise what happened and they blamed my tank, strange how my 10 fish were thriving in there until I put their 4 fish inside!

We visit the Nuneaton store near enough on a weekly basis now since having our puppy 2 months ago and can honestly say the staff are incredible and cannot do enough for you.
Our puppy gets so excited when we pull up.
