I previously complained about poor service of this company, today Scott from escalation team telephonically contacted me with regards my issue i had in my previous comnent and told me that they are busy rectifying and resolving my quiry make assurance that as soon a possible i will get all what is due for me, but i will wait if they fulfill their promise then become a happy customer. Hopefully will improve whatever they are doing to meet and prioritise what customers need, and looking foward to do business with them. Thanks for the Escalating team for the loyalty a giving hope👏👏🙏
