Necklace is beautiful
Necklace is beautiful; however, granddaughters won't wear jewelry, so I had to return them. Company was very responsive, and I had no problem returning them.
Now I'll watch for something else they may have for granddaughters since I'm pleased with the company's handling of my return of this matter.

This was unacceptable....I purchased 2 items was told that I had used one of the offers...unknown to me that I would receive 10% off and asked to adjust after realizing that that 10% was much better than $5.00 off it should not have been such an issue....also my 2nd part of my order haas still not arrived...ordered 11/24 I would not recommend....

Hello Ruth! Thank you for your review. You are correct, there was a 10% off discount code live on our site at the time of purchase. However, you applied a $5 discount code instead when placing your order. Unfortunately, we are not always able to adjust an order discount after it has been placed, as in some cases (and as in this case) the discounts are no longer live/valid.
I have also just looked up your order. The second part of your order was sent separelty as it was an engraved piece. We sent out the non-engraved item first so you'd recieve it ASAP. The engraved pieces take a day or two to customize, which is why it will arrive slightly later. The delivery timeframes are all outlined on our site and your order has been delivered within this timeframe.
