Never again this Danish company/website

I had a bad experience with this Danish company. Earlier (see my previous review), but since I couldn't find a certain type of product elsewhere, I took a chance with them again. I shouldn't have done this. It took 10 days before the package arrived at the GLS station. I immediately opened this thin, unprotected envelope. Instead of two ordered leather headbands, there was one, and even then, it was almost broken in half. The GLS employee refused to send the package back, so I went home and emailed the website owner and sent pictures of it as proof. That was over a week ago, but I still haven't heard from them.
I would not recommend anyone to use this site unless you want to lose your money like me (39 euros). In my opinion, this company should have been closed long ago.

Wrong Product & Poor Service & NO REFUND

I ordered two leather braces in mahogany, but I got them in light brown. I complained about the wrong color, and a reply I've got was a useless link to colors of plastic clips. No explanation is given, or customer care is shown. All my following emails, including asking for refund, were ignored by Stine Bay. I would NOT recommend using this website.
