Fast shipping and very kind and helpful staff

The site is nice and we'll furnished, the staff is kind and ready to help. The only bad thing to improve, is that if there are problems with orders, I found it a little bit difficult to get in touch with them.

Advice to the staff: maybe be a little bit more active in communication, and be sure to update the site in case of unavailable stuff.

To sum up, it's ok. Not perfect, but reliable (I'm still waiting my stuff to arrive though).

(EDIT) Orders have arrived. Had some issues but it's all okay. Good site with good products and kind staff. :)

I ordered some pants from Wall Street Shop, international order, they were really fast and their system was flawless! I immediately received a tracking link! And the item was received in the time schedule they had said, 3/4 business days all the way from Denmark to Portugal! I am very satisfied and will surely buy from WallST again! :)

My money has left my account and the store will not reply to my emails or to the live chat.

Do not respond to mail, do not deliver the goods. the answer finally, then it appears that the item is solid out. promises to pay back the money but don't and stopped responding to the email again. pathetic

Bought a set of bearings in their physical shop in Svendborg.
Asked how it worked with returns and geting the money back if I regret, and had their promise it would be no problem, as long as I didn't open the package. They litterally told me I could return it anytime I wanted.
I did some research on the bearings online and found out they were overpriced. Ordered from another company, and went to get my money back from Wall St.
I came back around one month later with the bearings in perfect condition. The clerk refused to return me my money, and offered me a voucher. After a 20 minnutes discussion I realised he was totally ignorant to my request and accepted the voucher.
I left my email and asked for his ceo to contact me.
Upon leaving the shop he asked me what it actually was I wanted. His ignorance was unrivalled. How can he ask such a question after talking about excactly for twenty minutes?
I waited one week. Nobody contacted me. I went to the shop again. This time I had the phone number of the ceo, though the same clerk advised me that the ceo would probably scream at me in the phone!
Anyway I called him a couple of times. Every time he didn't answer or got back to me, even though I explained the case to him.
Now I'm stuck with a voucher for a store full of overprised junk which I never ever want to own a single piece of!

Went as suggested to the store and a friendly clerk gave me back my money without questions.

Reach out to them on Facebook instead of through email. Overall, super helpful and quick response on Facebook, glad this store exists!

Great customer service, and swift response to issues, very pleased with how these guys operate....

These guys rule! I ordered something that turned out to be out of stock, they bent over backwards to sort me out and I had a refreshingly seemless back and forth with them via email. Would definitely shop with them again, can't big em up enough! They're great especially Paul and Magnus! Those guys ruled!!

Fast.efficient and overall professionalism

I’m tracking the delivery and it hasn’t even been delivered to the Danish warehouse, already 2+ from when I ordered. And the delivery was originally promised in 1-2 days

Now it's been more than a week and I still haven't received my order!

really bad experience, the courier didn’t received the correct address to send the package and they didn’t want to contact them to correct the address that i send again correct to them, so my package is stuck in the couriers‘s stock.
I don’t recommend it, stay aware from them.

EDIT: i found out that they hadn’t lie to me and they really contact the courier to unlock the package but the courier didn’t noticed me and i had to call the customer service to know some news about that.
Although the people has been gentle with me and helped me also to find a solution to this problem, so i would recommend Wallst to anyone.
Maybe they could change the courier because of this huge problem, but i hope for them that mine has been the first and only time that has happened.
