Lovestory about a 12.274 cm3 big carton, a 209 cm3 big smartphone case and much more bubble wrap

Size of carton hight 17 cm, length 38 cm, depth 19 cm. Size of case packaging hight 1 cm, length 11 cm, depth 19 cm. Let's do the math!
17x38x19 = 12.274 m3 and 1x11x19 = 209 m3. 12.274/209 = 58,7
Now we can say that you can ship about 60 smartphone cases in this carton. But don't forget the mass on bubble wrap that I have now to dispose. The point is we only got one planet and everybody - especially corporate, should do their best to prevent trash and such unnecessary packaging practices. Please think twice next time. Thanks.

First of all I totally understand and back your opinion towards the environment, and I did not have the environment "hat" on when packing your order. I apologize.
My/our intention was only good though.
When shipping abroad we always try to pack orders as good as possible. My personal experience with packages received from other countries have often resulted in a defect item due to lack of packing material and bad packaging.
So we were only trying to support your order best possible plus assisting with a good service.
I hope you understand from my/our point of view. This was all a service matter in handling the order from point A to B.
But we will definitely take the environmental facts into consideration and work on a sustainable and better packing method.
It would make us very happy if you could rate us more from your experience with ordering on our website, shipping time, customer service etc. Thanks.
To be honest I have never experienced this kind of feed back before. But you are right about everything considering the environment. All companies should do more to protect and use more eco friendly material.

Great service, fast action when problem with the transaction and shipping
Due to a technical problem my order wasn't handled correctly. After a few days of waiting I contacted the helpdesk. I got a reply from Paul straightaway and he made sure I got my son's shoes a few days later, all together with a compensation.

Quick delivery and good service
Ordered a whole skateboard during the Easter break. Saw that I made a mistake when assembling the parts by choosing trucks that were too small. Wrote them on Facebook about it, and keep in mind it was during the break when everything was closed, got an answer within minutes and changing trucks was not possible. After the Easter break ended, the delivery time literally took only a day. All I could really ask.
