when i try to execute on live account when price is moving in XAUUSD, the margin jumps 3 to 184.93 when i have 172.51 usd. it wasn't even news time. i even checked on demo account and margin was still 3. it's basically blocking my execution every time my setup is good.

Unauthorized transactions were made on my account in the early morning hours, causing me to lose thousands of dollars without my having shared my login information with anyone.
They tell me they can't offer compensation because, according to them, it wasn't them, but they also won't share my login history or the location of the last recorded transaction. They aren't providing adequate support to investigate what happened; they simply say there will be no compensation but offer no assistance with the case.
In other words, you, as the client, lose thousands of dollars, and they, as the intermediary, don't provide adequate support for investigating what happened to your money.
On March 30th, I was checking my chart as usual and saw my balance. When I woke up on the 31st, my balance was zero. I checked my transaction history and saw transactions with large lot sizes that I didn't make. They occurred in the early morning hours, and I have a job; it's impossible for me to do this.
Even after showing them all the evidence that it wasn't me and that no one else has my login, the company refuses to provide adequate support to investigate what happened. They simply stopped responding to my emails and consider my own money lost.
Be careful. I'd been with them for over two years and this had never happened before, and just when I was planning to invest a larger amount of money, this happens.

I am an affiliate partner with JustMarkets, and this is the SECOND time they have withheld my rightfully earned commissions. This is not a one-time technical error — it is a pattern.
📌 Incident #1:
My commission was deducted without explanation. After extensive back-and-forth, they eventually reversed it — but only after I pushed hard. Amount lost initially: $750.
📌 Incident #2 (Current):
One of my referred users traded over 250 lots in a single day, with nearly 1,000 total lots during his time with the platform. According to the Brilliant tier I'm enrolled in, my commission should be significantly higher than what they calculated.
They offered me $153 — for a user who traded 275 lots in one day alone. I reviewed every single trade myself. The numbers don't add up.
They then attempted to deduct $922 from my payout, citing an unexplained "error code" — the same tactic used in Incident #1 where they clawed back $769 from me.
📌 The Support Experience:
I contacted their affiliate team at Christina. - I had received zero substantive response. Multiple follow-up messages were ignored. I requested:
- A Commission Audit Report
- A breakdown of all payments and deductions per referred client
- Escalation to a manager
None of these requests were fulfilled.
⚠️ Warning to Fellow Affiliates:
If you are considering joining JustMarkets as an affiliate, be aware: when it's time to pay, "technical errors" mysteriously appear and your commissions get slashed. This has happened to me twice. I am now publishing this warning across Trustpilot, YouTube, and affiliate forums and read what the arabic platform bitarabi wrote about them
A company of this size should not be playing games with affiliate commissions. This is either systemic fraud or gross incompetence — either way, affiliates deserve to know.

On March 19th 2026 i deposited on my acc then nothing 30 mins turned to 1 hr and till now still nothing even submitted a ticket still nothing and even the number of days were not mentioned in which i will be waiting on might even be 4 weeks who knows i love the firm ngl but still fix this back to the prestigious firm i respect .

I am extremely disappointed with JustMarkets. I deposited 65.79 USDT on March 18, 2026 (TXID: 0xcf20878e7220268e81ee7dc93ae77cbfecee3f2bfdf898a1957e69d281e9a714), but the funds have never reached my MT5 account (2002869580).
I have contacted support multiple times with full proof of payment, but they are completely ignoring my emails and chats. It has been 3 days with no resolution.

I'm in shock because of what I saw in my trades
I opened two Gold trades Buying in my trading account 420588864
First trade at 5009.18 with stop loss at 4969.50
Second buy trade at 4991.07 with stop loss at 4969.50
Unfortunately, my all orders Hit stop loss at 4962.16 while my stop loss was set at 4969.50. Means my stop loss extended by justmarket with 70 pips' what is this? This is scamming! There were no any news at that time , around 13:00 within London session.
I managed my trades with stop loss at the point a knew that, my capital will be safe. But you took all my capital and profit by extending the stop loss! This is bad and it seems that justmarket stole my capital

I had a very bad experience with JustMarkets.
My original deposit was 1000 USD. After trading my balance reached around 2990 USD. I requested a withdrawal of 2960 USD.
After the withdrawal request, the company cancelled the withdrawal and applied a manual deduction of 2990 USD with the note "Balance fixed: Deduction".
After that my account was closed and support stopped responding.
This is unacceptable and I request the return of my funds

I requested a withdrawal from my JustMarkets account over 13 days ago. The broker deducted $1,161 claiming “fraudulent activity” under their Client Agreement, but no specific trades or evidence were provided.
