Had to wait over 2 hours for 2 tyres to be done. Only then to be told that I had to go and get new bolts for my wheels. Had my 6 year old with me and had to walk nearly a mile to get them. The place had NO bolts. So got back and the manager put car bolts on my van. Got home and they even forgot to put my hubcaps on one wheel. The other wheel had a hubcap on crooked. This was fixed 2 days later when I got new bolts. Disgusting service, I wouldn't recommend Just Tyres. They are crap.

I went to Just Tyres to get a price for a set of tyres on my Aston. We ordered them to be delivered the following day for fitting. Unfortunately the supplier let the garage down, but James the manager was great. He was able to go through his stock and find a suitable set to be fitted. Walked me through all of the process, the state of the tyres, the balancing, torque settings etc.
Would highly recommend them and their service!!

When tyre pressures checked the same day , one tyre over inflated at 40 psi , recommended is 32/34 psi .
Was told front discs were warped and dangerous, strange as not felt under braking and car only done 32,000 from new , when booked in at Kia dealer was told they had at least 10,000 miles wear left before needing doing and was normal wear for mileage.

My wife had an improper puncture repair done at a different JT branch. This failed and the tyre deflated overnight requiring AA to take a look and inflate. We attended the Basingstoke branch and explained the situation. They were attentive and investigated the tyre repair. They showed us exactly what the other branch had done and demonstrated to us how it should have been done, in the correct manner, along with other procedures that should have been carried out. The guys were very polite and showed considerable concern for the job that had been done badly by others and they ensured that the job was done properly, even though this meant two replacement tyres. (Thanks to the improper repair job done by a different branch in the first place, the original tyre could no longer be repaired.) Our thanks to James(?) and his team for their time and effort.

While having 2 new tyres fitted ready for an MOT, James, the branch manager, discovered that my brake discs and pads were dangerously worn (he showed me them so I knew he wasn't exaggerating). He quoted me an excellent discounted price and offered to change them there and then. Throughout the visit he and the other guys kept me in the loop and were very friendly. Overall I was very impressed by the prices, workmanship and service. Highly recommended.

I don't normally do reviews but Just Tyres at Basingstoke deserve an accolade. It's run by two helpful and hardworking blokes who did an excellent job for me. Even though I was just having one tyre replaced, I was treated with the same care and courtesy as people bringing in much more business.

The lads at the workshop were friendly and accommodating. Hard working and rushed off their feet but looked after everyone.

The team at basingstoke could not of been more helpful. Booked my car in for a tyre change and was unable to make the appointment, James the manager when out of his way to get the tyre fitted at a later date. Will use this company again 1st class service.

Very helpful and quick to get the job done

Ordered online 2 days before booking went to get my tyres fitted traveled there to be told that the wrong tyres had been delivered! Then get told they would order them and call me back later that day, didn't receive a phone call so was left without getting my tyres done. Really helpful when I had to drive a long distance later that day. Got a refund about 5 days later! Won't be going back any time soon!

Booked 4 new tyres and pro alignment. I read reviews online and some recent negative ones which though I will give it a try you know might have been unlucky. How wrong was I right? So spent £600 on 4 new tyres and pro alignment, booked all good showed up on the time and data that was booked, as I was standing outside and walking around was told from the person who was changing my tyres that I need to go and some paperwork, went into the office and the guy told me the car is all done, and I asked is alignment done?( I was outside and I could see that alignment wasn’t done, within 2min me going into the office the person who was doing my tyres came in and said all done and I asked him again about the alignment, and he went to (double check) to come back within a min again confirming is done. (It wasn’t) and they tried to give some numbers to confuse, I’ve done this before and unfortunately for them I could tell that they were lying. so I was sent off to go and do 30miles and when I return back in couple days they would check if the wheel locks have come loose or air pressure. Went on my way and I could notice the car was pulling to one side, didn’t pay much attention as I knew I was going back in Monday to check it, and funny enough when they put the alignment measure on my tyres, front tyres were off by 5mm (another person who works there confirmed) I didn’t say anything as I thought no point of arguing as the second person was trying to resolve. As they were very busy and had a very upset customer who was shouting and just drove in at the time I was asked if I can go another day, which again I tried being understandable and agreed. Third time in for something I paid to be done same time as the tyres changed and it was finally done, but again I don’t know what was done as the steering wheel is off and car pulls a lot more on the right. Very disappointing, have to book alignment with another company and spend more money from my pocket as I Don't trust they will get things right, I am hoping the tyres will last at least for a bit longer. would never use again for sure. Avoid at all cost and don’t make same mistake and don’t waste your money might be a bit cheaper but you will spend your money elsewhere to fix their issues.
