Excellent service at a really reasonable price. Much better prices and service than an other well known tyre fitter with a catchy jingle 😛 Will be recommending Just Tyres to all my friends and family.

Unwelcoming seemed like a bother them just because I did not feel like sitting in the office while they fitting my tyres

Would have been a five star for customer service however on the day I had my tyres changed there was only one person working, he was amazing however the company could have provided more staff to assist him

Purchased a new rear tyre after i presume a pot hole destroyed the other one. Did a search and found Just Tyres very competitive price wise and could fit the quickest after the easter break. Dropped wheel of at Basingstoke depot as car was undriveable. Greeted by the two tyre fitters with a smile and great welcome. Clear instructions and they said they would let me know when tyre was fitted. Phone call came earlier next day from them and was ready for collection. Arrived and again a welcoming greeting, fitter had cleaned wheel up and all done. Fantastic service and enhanced by the guys attitudes.

William was brilliant. Arrived with a slow puncture in one of my back wheels. I asked them to check the tread of both back tyres to see if they needed replacing, was honestly told they would last a bit longer so they could replace both back ones or just fix the puncture. Two back tyres where replaced quickly as I waited, breaks and tracking where checked free of charge. My tracking was out, William explained this to me and fixed the tracking at a discount as I was a returning customer. He even kept my kids entertained with paper and pens while we were waiting! Very good service.

I had 4 new tyres fitted on my car today. 3/4/24 I was quoted one price over the phone and asked the salesman to confirm the price and he confirmed it more than once that the price was correct. When I went to pay for them they had charged me nearly £200 more than quoted. I was also advised that the tracking needed doing and charged me another £50 on top. I argued that as they had charged me more than they quoted they should at least waver the tracking price which at first refused. I then said that as a good will gesture and as they had obviously made an error on the original quote they should take this off. After quite a heated conversation they took the tracking price. But I was still robbed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

No dust caps fitted after tyres were changed, locking wheel nut was handed to fitter in a bag to keep it clean and bag missing when handed back , they miss out on the basics

William was amazing and so helpful, he got my tires changed and aligned really quickly and was very optimistic

Arrived at the time I chose, straight in no waiting. The fitter was very attentive and courteous. I had pre ordered a Bridgestone Tarunza tyre and it was waiting. The fitter used a protective tool when removing the alloy and when removing the old tyre. No dinks or marks on my alloy. Very impressed. Thank you.

Staff were Helpful and polite and I turned up early and it was not a problem, technicians were good

Booked for the replacement of all 4 tyres, they were all fitted quickly, balanced and to the required pressure .. happy with my new tyres.
