Couldn’t have asked for better service, the guys at the Basingstoke branch are so helpful. If you want to be well looked after, don’t hesitate. I will be back again next time!

There appeared to be something more important than my job going on with a Jaguar. It took quite a while for the work to commence on my tyre replacement!

I made an online appointment to renew two tyres. Despite being short staffed the job was completed in less than forty minutes. Top marks!

I went there for a puncture repair but the tyre had a big split on the inner side wall so was unrepairable.The manager advised me of a suitable tyre that they had in stock and it was all changed very quickly.I will go there again and I would recommend them from my own experience.

I had two tyres fitted after a bit of poor customer service initially from some members of staff who gave me an appointment time and when I turned up the tyres had not arrived.They assured me I would get a call in a couple of days which did not happen.I called and spoke to the manager William who said there was a shortage of the tyres that I wanted but he managed to find me a pair of tyres.After speaking to William everything was sorted out promptly and I got a first class service.I would recommend and use them again.

The team were polite and prompt. They had an issue with roller door and received text advising me. Careful with the car and carried out the job efficiently

I had an appointment at 11:30, the Man at the desk informed me it would be about an hour as they were running behind. I waited 1 hrs 40 minutes and the car hadn't been touched.

I then had too take the car and come back later as I had something on. The car was straight in when I went back at 15:00 and everything was fine although I had to remind the staff that I had a wheel alignment paid for.

The staff were apologetic but the wait was a bit much.

I ordered and paid for two tyers but only one was delivered

I had to return later in the day when was last in the queue and had to wait over two hours for my car to be ready
I hadto waste nearly all day to get two tyres fitted

This is not good enough

Alignment was done at JT Basingstoke, but the steering wheel was not straight after that, it was tilted to the left. They told me to do wheel alignment when I went for a puncture repair stating that since I have a long journey coming up, it's best to do alignment. But, the steering was not positioned properly (they fixed it later when I took it again after my trip) - no apologies, nothing. I wonder how much uneven wearing my tyres may have had during my long journey of over 1500 miles due to their negligence.They should be refunding what they charged as a gesture of good will. Just Lost Money at Just Tyres!

went back to the Just tyres Basingstoke centre (Unit 5, Brunel Centre, Brunel Road, Basingstoke) to have my car looked at because of a clunking sound that was coming off from the front drives side wheel. One of the mechanics looked at it and reported it was the brakes that had worn out. They then replaced the brakes and I went away.

The sound didn’t stop and I had to go back again and said there is still the sound on my car. We test drives the car for the same mechanic to hear where the noise was coming from after fixing the brakes. He then suspected it was the dropplings that had worn out and said they could fix that. At that point my trust with these guys had already gone down and sought a second opinion from another mechanic.

A week later after fitting the brakes and sensor the car started displaying warning lights of front brakes that they needed to be replaced. I took the car back to Just Tyres and said look you replaced the brakes but the car is still saying you need new brakes. The mechanic looked at the brakes and saw a kink on the wire and said it could be broken and was not sending signals back to the car. They said they were going back to the supplier to get new sensors since the fitted ones were faulty.

Back and forth for the last 2 weeks has not solved anything since now they are saying I need to take my car to BMW to have the car looked at.

First they wrongly diagnosed the car and fitted brakes when it was not brakes that had a problem. Now I have issues with the brakes that have been fitted either they fitted the broken wire or failed to reset the brakes. The mechanics have become so arrogant and don’t want to assist further.

Booking online was easy and correspondence efficient by email and text.

Too early to tell on tyre durability, wet weather ability, or fuel economy, but the tyres feel well balanced, with no steering vibration at any speed and no adverse effect on tracking, which was always good.

Visiting Just Tyres Basingstoke is like going back to the 1980s.... It's looking dated and needs a refresh, but I'm paying for tyre fitting, not a dealership Aircon environment.... Also considering low staff levels putting extra pressure on technicians on a very hot day, they got the job done in good time !

Just an observation...Ideally someone on reception full time, dealing with customers, phone calls and quotes would alleviate the technicians to do their job even more effectively..... Less haste, more speed!

I wanted wheels aligned as well and just did a bit of alignment cause they couldn’t open a nut or something. Without giving me other options they just left it like that for me to set loose the nut and come back. If I wanted to stay under the car I would’ve done it myself probably not pay for it. Now every time I get from 60-70 mph my steering it’s shaking. Needed new tires and all that done as I had a long trip to take. Now my car pulls all over the place and shakes. I’ll go back to see what can be done but pretty much sure that it’s nothing just a long explanation

Really helpful - went in for a tyre and they noticed the rear brakes were very worn. Took the trouble to show me in the workshop - no pressure at all to buy but a really competitive quote (less than half a main dealer price) and fitted that afternoon. Very happy!

Chris noticed another issue with my car and was more than happy to take me in the workshop to show me and I was vary impressed as you don't normally get that type of service.

I explained to the chap that my tyre sensor warning light was on amd i thought id need a new one.He asured me that i didnt need one as he would reset it on my dash.I explainecto him id like ot tested while he had the wheel off.long story short,i drove home and the light came back on.
Just wished they had tested the sensor and changed it like i asked.
