Appalling unprofessional and obstructive service
The service at the Bedford centre is appalling. The manager at the Bedford centre is obstructive and difficult. He takes no responsibility for his actions and blames all problems on head office. He tells deliberate and blatant lies; he is not even officious because he does not even honour appointments and places customers in an order that suits him.

Great customer service, had been trying to ring me to come in early as tyres already there, but the number came up as suspected spam so I didn't ring it back. This is second time using now and had no issues. Would recommend.

waste of time avoid
my wife arrived to have tires fitted with my young son in the car, was told by the "mechanic" that they tire fitter hadn't turned up to work and she would have to go away and rebook for another day no offer to try and help, still trying to work out how some 1 who works in a tire shop is not qualified to change tires, took my wife over a hour to sort the problem out her self after phoning head office
