Tyres were fitted whilst I had breakfast at Morrisons and they phoned as soon as it was done, about 40 minutes.

Efficient service
Just Tyres called to let me know slots were available ahead of my booking which was excellent. The service was quick, polite and efficient and did not try to sell me expensive add-ons. I have used Just Tyres before and have been very satisfied with the price and service delivered. Definitely would use again.

Service from Just Tyres Bedford was mixed. On the positive side, I was attended to quickly, and the tyres were fitted promptly. Prices seemed fair compared to competitors. However, there were issues with professionalism and follow-up, as one visit reportedly led to problems with a tyre pressure sensor. The location is also not ideal, requiring reversing into busy traffic. Overall, an average experience – improvements in customer care and attention to detail would make a significant difference. 3/5.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Helpful staff. Ordered the tyres and weren't supposed to be in till the following friday. Gor a call on thr Monday to say tyres had arrived and to pop down anytime and they could fit the. Super friendly staff and quick fitting. Credit to the company

Poor customer service
Appointment booked days in advance. Arrived 15 mins early and was told that there are two cars Infront of me as the system has triple booked people. I have also asked for the centre to investigate a wheel that is leaking over time.
I stated I was not happy with this as it makes no sense of having a booking time slot. Was told to go and get a coffee and I'll be called when the job was done.
1.5 hours later I have walked back to find the job finished without being called. I have been advised that they have investigated the leak aswell but I could see no evidence that the wheel has even come off.
I will not be using this centre again.

Excellent service - would recommend.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very friendly man. Told me it would be about 45 mins which was fine and they were litereally done within those 45 mins.
