Flourless gear service.

Spend 844 £ for new tyres and workers from there broke the TPMS and leaves like that cause they expected that I'm not coming back for explication. Also in that amount was included the balancing for wheels wich they don't do it at all. When contact the boss give him the receipt from another garage where i was been to sorting the issue with wheel sensor, he just avoid to be in contact and always told that i will call you tomorrow to take a decision. Avoid that place guys is not what you will expect for that huge money. Unskilled and unprofessional workers and a donkey Boss.

I ordered 2 Avon Tyres online from Just Tyres and booked an appointment for fitting at the local Just Tyres depot the following afternoon. I was attended to immediately arrived and the tyres were duly fitted while I waited. I was pleased both with the price I paid and the service I received.

Fair price compared to others. Although the location isn’t great as you have to reverse out if the garage onto a busy main road they sorted my tyre and wheel tracking out a few minutes ahead of my pre-booked time.

I have used them before via Asda tyres and had a much longer wait as they said Asda just book appointments without knowing how busy they are so this time I booked directly.

Excellent professional and speedy service

These guys are fantastic, i decided at 2pm i needed two new tyre and they were fitted by 4.30pm whilst on my lunch break from work. Took about 30 minutes, if that. Will definetly use them again

I paid and booked for my appointment online. I arrived for my appointment only to be told that the tired I paid for had not been delivered. The tyre fitter was so unprofessional and didn’t have the courtesy to call to provide an update as I was the 1st customer there. The tyre fitter has zero customer service experience and didn’t even offer to call head office to track my order , I had to do it my self. Head office claimed they send me an sms but they never did and after calling them 3 times the nice agent said the tyres would be delivered later in the afternoon and that the tyre fitter would call me. The tyre fitter never called. When I called he told be that the tyres were delivered but he could fit me in that day because I missed my appointment. I told that I should have priority as It wasn’t my fault but he said he could inconvenience everyone else because of me. I told him it was unacceptable and the tyre fitter told me to speak to head office and hung up the phone.

The tyre fitter clearly hates his job and blames everything on head office. Unlike the tyre fitter I have a choice and I will never use this company again. he however will still be there miserable fitting tyres for a very long time which makes me happy, I wish him long employment and having to work every weekend.

I rang head office who were appalled by the tyre fitters behaviour and they apologised. I requested my refund which has be processed. This was the first time using this company and I can happily say it will be the last

Easy to use website, arranged a time and date that was convenient for me. All 4 tyres replaced with minimal waiting time. Great service!

Two nuts on one of my wheels were cross-threaded. All of my wheels had been hit by the machine. One has a gouge where the machine has slipped.
I was told by the young man that the nuts were found cross-threaded (which I believed at the time, because I had been unhappy with the last garage that had changed my tyres) My brother was the last person to take off the tyres, to fit my brakes. He took my car for an MOT, today and was furious that the wheels had been left in such a state. One will need a new bearing - this will cost between £300 - 500 to replace. This is more than I spent on 4 tyres.

Had tyres booked for replacement on the Tuesday, called to see if i could delay fitting due to work plans changing, told to bring it in day early as tyres were there already, fitted and on way in no time.
