I had booked in for Tuesday afternoon…
I had booked in for Tuesday afternoon last week. I understand that there was a miscommunication between my wife and your employee. Complaints were made by your employee about how tight the small spare had been put on. Not our problem. I had to call Green Flag to replace the tyre as I have a lung condition and couldn’t do the tyre on my own. My wife was under the impression that she was being blamed for the situation. In her words your employee was “bolshie and moody” and didn’t make her very welcome.

1st Experience Just Tyres Braintree
Loved the tyre quality and high standards of tyres purchased, plus the price.
Wasn’t pleased with the extensive time kept waiting and customer service which meant I spent a protracted amount of time at the site over two days, back and forth.

Great choice for all budgets. Ordered and booked slot online, straight in and completed within 25 minutes. Did a free tracking check, as they'd noticed a slight uneven wear on insides, which I knew about anyway! Hand torqued bolts as it should be....Super service at great price
