The staff are always very polite, they try their hardest to make your experience a positive one. They always try to get your car in as quick as they can. I have been there multiple times and once as an emergency and they have always done what they can to help. The prices they charge and the effort they put in is the best!

Good quality of the products but the fitting is not on the level of the products.Booking for a certain time and even I was early the claim my booking time is later (booking time was written on the invoice).Despite of the delay they not been able to start on the write time.

Speed of service was told a time and car was ready all 4 tyres done and balanced

Booked a 30 min slot for 4 tyres and a wheel alignment. Turned up 5 mins before and told it'll be 30-40 mins. Came back 40 mins later and rear wheels still off the car. Told it'll be another 20 mins. Came back to car still in the exact same state. It took 90 mins in total. Was told it was due to 'walk ins' - so prioritising these over booked appointments. Ordered a pro alignment but only standard carried out. When I queried this with the technician was told the rears weren't out, even though I watched him only check the fronts. No report given for alignment. Did call head office and got a refund for the difference. Techs weren't wearing gloves and left filthy marks all over car and keys. First and last time using Just Tyres

Fast, friendly, fair price, can’t fault

I had a puncture. Being a lady of a certain age, I rang just tyres and was given an appointment for the next day. Excellent really friendly service from the two chaps who helped me out. They went the extra mile helping me sort out my tyre inflator. Personal service, would highly recommend to all.

Although there was only 2 on site the work was completed within a reasonable time. Polite and considerate staff. The price of the package of 4 new tyres, valves, balancing and tracking was amazingly cheap. I would definitely recommend the Braintree branch to anyone considering buying the package. 10/10...

Booked an appointment on line, had to wait a wee while but was kept informed.

Easy to order on line and book fitting slot, on arrival I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. As Just Tyres had sent me a voucher the price was brilliant to.

what was supposed to be a 30 minute appointment took over 2 hours. no apology or real reason other than there are only two of us.
