Great experience!
Great experience. Ordered four new tyres online at a very competitive price. Was seen to promptly at the tome booked. Staff were all very quick, efficient and courteous but particularly Jordan who was very helpful in checking the shock absorbers and brake pad wear and advising whilst the wheels were not on the car. Excellent service generally and would definitely recommend Just tyres in Braintree in future to anyone requiring new tyres. Will be using them again in future. Thank you.

Amazing service and 110% recommendation!
Amazing service - so professional, friendly and great value for money. I originally booked in for a tyre change at Braintree branch but I didn't have the locking wheel nut for my old Land Rover to remove the wheels. Reece (the manager) suggested I contact a local dealer or even to go online to source one as I was due to make a 400 mile round trip the following week. Eventually I managed to buy one via a local dealer and rebooked with Just Tyres a few days later. Admittedly I made a last minute booking but Reece and Jordan were so helpful I couldn't fault them. I would recommend them 110% as they have the customers' interests first - which is very unique, in my experience!

Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service at Braintree Just Tyres. As a paying customer I do not expect to be lied to or argued with by the manager. I will never use this garage again. I do not think I am special as the manager suggested and my day was planned out properly despite the sanctimonious lecture I was given about planning my day better, it just didn’t include having a puncture or being lied to about the amount of time the garage would take to look at it. Absolute disgrace!

Polite and ontime with the cheapest price compared to kwik fit and National tyres. Shame you only get there best price by buying online and not just walking in. This is not Braintree centre issue but a whole company wide policy.

Good Priced tyres
Good Priced tyres, but service not very good. They seem to take on too much work. which causes customer service to fail. They said they would put the spare tyre back under the car and put in the boot and said nothing. But would use again. just have lower expectations.
