Efficient service, and competitive prices.
Witnessed good practice and advice issued to other customers while I was waiting.
Would be even better if customers were advised of the pressure inserted into their new tyres. So they are aware they may need adjustment once fully sealed. Mine were set at 10psi over the recommended pressure.

Nice friendly lads, took care of my pride & joy. Very competitive price & they were able to supply and fit before any other rival companies. Can't ask more than that. Would definitely use again without hesitation.

Unfortunately, my experience at JUST TYRE Braintree was let down by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They seemed disinterested and unprofessional, which was disappointing given the high standards I've come to expect from this business. Hopefully, they'll invest in to training staff deal with customers too soon to improve the customer experience.
They haven't done a tyre safety check and front brake visual health check as promised when I booked online.

Garage has change staff due to a retirement. Rude kids running the show, argumentative and vaping whilst fitting my tyres isnt rrally acceptable. Wont be using them again

Piece of trash on the A120 hit our car and the back wheel and punched a hole in the wheel arch - presume chunk of metal by the damage. Obvious tyre damage as had to keep re inflating to get back to Braintree. 3 lads (yes we are older people) on site were polite and helpful. Identified and showed damage and explained the issues and fitted new tyre quickly and calmly. Price was less than we have been charged elsewhere for new tyres - which have never been cheap as they are for an SUV so we will return for future requirements. Thank you to everyone and a shout out to Bailey who was lovely to chat to while we waited. 😊

Excellent service and price, which really was the cheapest

Awful experience! I asked the manager to complete a tyre insurance claim form and he said he could not sign as he may be liable if he did! For what I do not know. He became aggressive and rude and asked me to leave because I stood up for myself and challenged him. I had to phone head office for advice, then they phoned him to persuade him to complete form. Total disaster from the moment i arrived.
Shame as they were always the best in Braintree. Please offer Reece training in customer care as he will lose them due to unprofessional conduct.

They sorted a slight ordering error (by me) without any fuss. Good customer service.

From start to finish the process was easy. Placed order online, very competitively priced and good availability for fitting. Staff at the fitting centre took the time to make sure everything was ok, as wheels on my camper are non standard. Would recommend.

Had a blow out which is a bit of a problem considering most cars don’t have a spare wheel! Just Tyres were the only nearby tyre shop that had a sensibly priced tyre in stock. Sourced and fitted the same day, and T a very reasonable price, thank you!
