Tyres were a very competitive price and the guys provided very prompt and quick service.

I made a mistake with the online order but Luke was very helpful and understanding, following up two days later with a rebook over the phone. A credit to the company.

Two run flats installed on my BMW at a good price and with commendable efficiency. Everyone from the boss to the youngest member of the team are very friendly and professional.

I ordered online my choice of 2 Dunlop Sports tyres including fitting and chose an appointment time and date. Shortly thereafter, Just Tyres phoned to rearrange the appointment date due to Bank Holiday.
I attended the rearranged appointment. Refit was done quickly plus an extra suggested as wheels were alignment was out, the cost of which was reasonable.
Very pleased with the tyres and how helpful and friendly the staff were.

Friendly and efficient but my low tyre pressure sensor is on since I had the two tyres changed. I set the pressures this morning and the low pressure sensor came on this PM

Booked a fitting slot - arrived on time and went straight into workshop for fitting - pleasant greeting and 30 minutes later job completed and on my way- great result

The prices I got online were good. Shopped around and got a reasonable price. I went back to the Buckingham branch as the manager was very helpful in fitting me in the day before Boxing Day with a puncture.
Today’s experience was good. A bit slower than was first told but the 4 guys working there are rushed off their feet and feel they need a bigger space to work in. They were trying to fit everyone in and had to keep shuffling cars around.

They was so busy but still gave my car the attention needed
Don’t use wheel guns so NO cross threaded wheel bolts unlike other tyre centres

Could'nt do enough to help. Had emergency puncture and they fixed it within the hour. Very good team and cant speak highly enough.

Picked up a slow puncture (nail) and called Roger at Buckingham branch, always busy, always polite, always looking to help. Drove straight there and Roger and the team were excellent (I have now used them three times, always on point). Back on the road in no time. I know Roger has delivered almost 15 years of excellent service to the Just Tyres Team and he is a credit to you.

Easy to book and pay online. Technicians helpful.

Good price on tyres. Waited 30 minutes for tyres to be fitted, improved on last visit. Happy with service.

Depot manager had only one other member of staff to help. They were extremely busy and I had to wait a little longer but I could see the pressure the manager was under, so no problem. How he manages the 'office' along with fixing punctures, changing tyres and everything else is beyond me! Well done.
(Prices very competitive, probably the best around)

Car with 2 burst tyres ( pothole down the road ) arrived on the back of a recovery truck. Decided to change all 4 tyres and was advised to go for a Good wet grip tyre ( which made sense as it is my son's car and it rains all the time here... ).
The one star is for the fact that they sold it to me a twice the price advertised online ! I realised that when the mechanic from next door told the 4 guys changing my tyres " Hey ! I have never seen you change tyre that quickly ... " . Did they change the tyres quickly : yes. Did that justify charging me £125 for a tyre i can buy online for £65 : no. Do I feel I have been ripped off and taking advantage of : yes. I won't go back and I would advise anybody to check prices online "before" committing to any work being carried out by this branch of Just Tyres.

Online search for tyres perfect exact match with just tyres ordered online for the first time. Time slots every 30mins, so booked it for 16.30. The 30min time slots indicated they would turn it around in 30mins.
Got to the location where booked on time (The Buckingham branch) This is where it all went wrong.
There was no where to park the place was very busy with lots of people waiting and people walking out not being able to get the work done. next a tyre fitter comes out and ask what am I here for. I reply "I am here for three tyres booked for 16:30, I then tell him which tyres they are and the reasons why. He then tells me he is not going to change those he is going to 3 others with no justifiable reason to back it up. eventully after some heated discussion he agrees to change what I have asked for.
We wait in the waiting area for about an hour then another tyre fitter who I think is the manager tells me he can t do the tracking there is not 2 new tyres on the front, I reply that was what was agreed so what has happened. then the other tyre fitter came in and started arguing with me. The manager fitter eventully interveined and said he will sort it. Next all we hear is Tools being thrown about, alot of arguing and it looked like a couple raised fists. I dont think any of the tools hit any cars, they were very lucky. It is a wonder the police were not called.
Another hour and half later it is finally done, I have no confidence that the job has been done correctly. If this is an example of a just tyres branch, I think some major PR customers skills need to be rolled out over all your branches. I need to know this has happened for the safety of me and my family before I set foot into another Just tyres.

Great work on change tyres and tracking

Good service eventually, but by using the just tyres website and putting in my number plate it comes up with one option of tyre - turns out they were off-road. New ones ordered on site. Should have done that in the first place I suppose…
In general the staff at Buckingham are super friendly and helpful which is why I would still return.
