Not for the first time I was well looked after by the staff. Advice and info on choice of future tyres was much appreciated... Will keep going back for the next pair.

Excellent service
I went in on spec just to get my tyre tread depth checked. The manager, Ryan, assisted me and he was extremely helpful amd courteous. I was given all the information I needed to make an informed choice how to proceed. Highly recommended.

Helpful and informative staff
A few weeks ago I went in with a problem that seemed to be changes in tyre pressure. A very helpful member of staff checked it thoroughly and found no problem with the tyres. The problem re-emerged today and this time two members of staff (Ryan and Connor) worked out that the fault was the car's sensor, hence the tyres seeming OK. There was no charge for either of these visits and the staff were informative and helpful on both occasions.

Staff quite abrupt
Staff quite abrupt, lacking any pleasant interaction.
Didn’t feel that I was a valued customer.
Came away thinking that whilst the work may have been undertaken to a reasonable standard, at reasonable cost, would not be patronising the establishment again.

Great service and competitive pricing
Bought tyres and booked the fitting date online. Called in the day before to check the tyres had arrived and discussed which corners the new tyres were to be fitted, which meant all four wheels off to change positions.
Arrived for fitting appointment, the guys were new to the company but very professional and helpful. All work carried out as requested. A simple fuss free transaction - thank you.

Called me to say tyres had arrived a day early and could be fitted straightaway. Appreciated that approach. Tyres were fitted professionally at the Harrogate depot, by well mannered staff.
