Good bunch of lads and got my tyres changed quickly at a good price.

Rude, slow fitters complained and and got a reply saying they would contact me within 48 hours that was last week! Black circles all the way

The price was good the staff were friendly but I opted for brake check steering and suspension check but none of these were carried out even though they were free

Turned up 10 minutes early thinking going need to wait for my time spot, no tyres ready out on the floor straight to the car and both changed and out in half hour ,and the online price i was very impressed.

Booked in thinking I needed a wheel alignment and/or tyre repair. The guys did a check and found the alloy was buckled. Recommended a great local place for the repair, and no charge for their check. Great service

Service was good however one of the staff members could do with a customer service refresher course.

Paul did an excellent job at the nuneaton branch. He was quick and was able to rectify issue i had. You could tell his knowledge was very good. Spoke professional and was good his job. Left no mark on alloys and was quick. Full recommended. Well done paul

I’ve never encountered a service where people are treated so badly and made to feel so unimportant.
It’s disappointing to see that even in 2026 there are still people who are so racist just because you have a different accent.
I didn’t come to have my tires changed for free.
I paid a significant amount of money that I worked hard for.
Having an appointment at 12:30, and by 14:00 only one tire has been fitted, is unacceptable.
Plus having my child with me as well that he is hungry as well ….

Iffy start when ordering online, when the advertised price was a lot different to the cart price, but fair play to Jenny, offered a fair solution by being prepared to honour the incorrect net price, but by then because of the urgency, I had ordered another pair of tyres, great value and received excellent service from Liam (fitter) at the Nuneaton branch who was thorough, friendly and helpful, did all that was asked including giving free advice.
Appointment time was kept, in at 11.30 the booked time and back on the road just after 12 with brand new rear tyres (155 /65 x R14) for less than £90, great! the best value I could find for fully fitted, balanced, valves and disposal for a decently rated tyre on the net.
Branch improvements, the manager appeared to be flustered and overworked (short staffed) as he ran from computer, reception to workshop in a busy little workshop.
To sum up, would highly recommend the product and service,thank you, a happy ending.

Incredibly helpful and polite staff. I had purchased the wrong type of tyre online as I've no knowledge of what was needed, and they kindly advised me of what I did need and upgraded me to that tyre with no extra cost. Excellent service, if I need anymore tyres, I know where to go!
