I visited Just Tyres in Nuneaton to get 2 new tyres. The customer service was superb! When the tyres were fitted they were all checked to ensure the correct air was in each tyre. Highly recommended

Appointment made via website. Challenged by operative about appointment. Works did not start until 30 minutes after appointment time. Manager not on site. Person serving phoned manager/supervisor to check my tyre could be done as only one tyre in stock despite me ordering online and being given the appointment. Person serving more interested in telling other customer how coping without manager and takings taken and profit made. No issues with actual operative who changed the tyre - he was very thorough and polite.

Fabulous service as always. They didn’t have my tyres in stock first thing but ordered, collected them and fitted them the same day.

I recently paid for a wheel tracking service, but unfortunately, the experience was subpar. From the outset, it seemed that the technicians had preconceived notions about the condition of my vehicle, without thoroughly assessing the issue. This lack of attention to detail led me to feel that both my time and money were wasted.

Furthermore, while driving after the service, I noticed that the steering was pulling to the right, even when driving straight. I returned to the service center to raise my concerns, but the technicians insisted that there was nothing wrong with the alignment.
This is not the first time I have had a disappointing experience with this service center. About a week prior, I had two tires fixed, and the experience was similarly unsatisfactory.

The chap there went over and above his role to make sure my granddaughters tyres were safe.
I would definitely recommend

Turned up at depot and told new tyre required not a puncture repair.Quoted £150 to sort there and then but advised to order online to save money. Returned home and ordered online for next day fitting (saving £40 !,) on returning at the agreed time next day was advised that the tyre had not been received so they could not do the job. Job was completed 3 days later after a phone call to say tyre received.
Good staff at depot sadly let down by poor organisation by company

Cracking service, on time with a smile

Ok the guy his name was Chris I believe called me to say that my tyres had not arrived. They had been ordered 3 days earlier. Tbf he was polite. He then rang me again to tell me they had arrived. He said come down and he would fit them straight away. So I arrived 30 mins earlier than my appointment based on what he said. He then started to get rude and what I would term as aggressive. I then thought what the hell I will just get my money back and go somewhere else that had a service mentality. He said there was not a chance of getting my money back with him as it was an online order!!! After waiting the full 30 mins bearing in mind there was nobody else there for a good 20 mins after the previous customer left they Chris rudely called me in and did the job. Tyres fitted ok and balanced but neglected to put the Audi dustcaps back on. Good product dire service. Guy is a rude thug

Great service, friendly and extremely helpful

I had both front tyres replaced and it was like an F1 pit stop, as soon as I drove straight into the bay the wheels were off, tyres changed,balanced & back on the car. Great job.

No fault with the tyres and the price.

However, I found the customer service at the Nuneaton branch to be very disappointing. I was booked in at 9:30, got there about 10 minutes early. I went to reception & advised the man I had an appointment for 9:30, his answer was, so come back then! I was taken back by this! If I hadn't paid for my tyres beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have gone back.

Booked online for the free wheel balancing check only the front was checked and I had to pay £18 with no explanation to why super busy with only two members of staff and I've still got tyre imbalance...

Mechanic at the Nuneaton branch was very polite friendly and hard working he had many bookings working alone and didn’t rush or get agitated so very well done
