Good value and service
The online pricing worked out best for me and a lot cheaper than the price quoted over the phone.I don’t know why your stores can’t offer the same price. I had the same tyres. Booked my appointment while experience was great from start to finish lads who did my tyres were great

Poor service rude staff Nuneaton Branch
Staff were rude and unwelcoming and it took two members of staff 90 minutes to replace 4 tyres. I had booked the first appointment of the day and expected the engineers to be aware they had an 8.30 appointment this seemed to have bypassed them and I had to explain and prove how I had booked it. I will never use this garage again.

Brilliant service and staff!
Absolutely wonderful staff at the Nuneaton branch, they’re always happy to help and have a really friendly atmosphere. I’m a woman who knows very little about cars, so when I took mine in to get a slow-puncture checked they put me at ease and kept me informed throughout - will definitely return if I ever have any other problems. Great service 👍🏻

Unprompted review
Toyota Celica - Easter Monday
Had two tyres fitted on Easter Monday. Only one chap working which meant that it took a while for fitting, I didn't mind at all because I have an unusual car and he was clearly a car enthusiast so we had a nice chat. Will defo come back again, I prefer having the opportunity talking about my car and watching them take time with the fitting process, but I expect someone who isn't interested and just wants to be in and out would see it differently. In summary, I really enjoyed my visit and the online ordering system was faultless.
