Exceptional customer service
I went into the Just Tyres branch in Milton Keynes really stressed, as the front tyres on my VW Campervan had worn to the thread after just 6500 miles due to the tracking being set wrong from the factory/main dealer. The dealership was too far to drive to safely and a number of other tyre retailers didn’t have the tyres in stock and couldn’t get them the same day.
The team at Just Tyres were simply amazing. They also didn’t have the tyres in stock as they had just been installed an another vehicle. However, he sat me down and said don’t worry, we will sort this. He made a number of phone calls and sourced some tyres in Stevenage and had someone drive them over.
They were fitted immediately and the tracking checked. I can’t express how grateful I am for the care they gave and for the above an beyond service they gave me at the MK branch. I will definitely be a return customer.

Arrived 10 min earlier, the team took my car straight away.
Their advice me to perform a tracking after showing me the wear on one tyre which they did on the spot. (no push for extra work).
Altogether job well done.

Job completed quickly at the booked time
The ordering process was easy and after placing an order at 9pm I was able to choose a fitting less than two days later. Replacement of two tyres was completed within a few minutes after the booked time.

Never again....
Very rude and impolite staff. Went there once to change my tyres ordered via asda tyres. By mistake I went there wrong day and they where very bored to explain me what to do next. I booked again via asda next day but Just tyres cancelled it 2 hours before the appointment because "suddenly" they were very busy. When I went to collect my tyres in order to go to another fitting garage asked them to give me the tyres and both of the guys there throw them in front of me and I had to pick them by my self to put them in the boot.Not even apologise about the inconvinience or act like professionals that should be. Maybe I am the worst customer.....
