The staff at Rooksley branch Miltonkeynes is amazing. Meckenzie and few other guys who worked there are credit to just tyres, very helpful and informative. I can’t recommend it enough.
Well done just tyres for such an amazing people.

They have changed 4 tyres immediately. We good experience with them.

It was easy to order on line the tyres I wanted and make an appt to have them fitted locally.
The staff were very helpful, got on with fitting them and I was soon on my way.

I had a booking for 3:30 pm. I had to wait over 30 minutes before I was attended to. The branch did not follow their booking system.
I was not impressed

Awful customer service. I pre booked a 30 minute slot. Had to wait 20 minutes past my slot before they even got my car in, then a walk in customer came in and got their tyre fitted before me, even after telling the fitters I was on my lunch break from work and to please prioritise my fitting as I was short on time. Clearly under staffed and do not prioritise the pre booked work.

They are honest.

Great technicians, really helpful and knowledgeable. More than happy to advise and went out of their way to ensure I was safe driving away from the appointment.

Good enough service, I like the booking system and the guys were great. The only reason for the 3 stars is because they gave me a tyre which had a faulty valve which I discovered less than 10 mins later when the tyre pressure dropped from 32 psi to 12psi (so surely they should have picked that up when the put the tyre on?) and I'm now having to take my car 30 miles down the road to the garage to get them to sort out my TPMS warning light, which is refusing to turn off. So whilst the service was OK and the tyre pricing was reasonable the amount of extra time and cost its taken me to rectify their work is pretty crippling at this time of year

Booked an appointment to replace a tyre due to puncture. They took one look and advised me the could repair it instead, saving me over £100. Very honest, knowledgable and efficient.

Paid for tyres online, went to the appointment, the manager at the time was rude, refused to do the job and then refused to refund me. I was pressured to buying a more expensive tyre. Complained about the issue on 6th Nov. I've had 3 different conversations with management & customer services. It's 14th and still no resolution or outcome.
