I urgently needed to get my tyres replaced before my MOT. Unfortunately, they only had 2 in stock. Barney went above and beyond, going to another depot to collect the additional tyres, fitting them and doing a wheel alignment within 45 minutes, despite having other work. I have rarely experienced customer service as good as this - I can not praise them enough.

We purchased our tyres off black circle the fitting was to be done by just tyres what a bad service my alloy wheels have been hacked to death as they couldn’t remove the original tyres 21inch on there website it says they can remove sadly instead of attempting once they did both front wheels and made a mess of the alloys instead of apologising they said they didn’t do it which can clearly see they were new marks, spoke to me like I was stupid told me they didn’t like working as 3rd party it’s nothing to do with them I have to go through black circle which are just as useless, so my brand new alloys are ruined I wouldn’t use this garage they were not helpful and didn’t even apologise to the damage they clearly made, the complaint went to black circle as I asked cctv footage of them hacking at my wheels oh funny can’t see it and they won’t take it any further, don’t use these guys awful service.

Staff were very helpful and advised on what needs to be done after the new tyres were fitted.

Arrived home from work and heard a hissing sound from the offside front tyre, phoned Just Tyres Strood and said I need a new tyre, they stated let’s see first as we may be able to repair it, within the hour I was on site, they welcomed me in, took the car in and checked the tyre, said they can repair it rather than replace, then had a good conversation with Barny who certainly knows his stuff! Easy to use website, good range of tyre options at competitive prices make for a good ordering process. The Strood, Kent branch handled the fitting of the tyres by appointment where the staff were friendly and efficient.

Great tyre technicians at the Strood location.

This was the second time I’ve booked with just tyres and on arrival been told that the tyres the just tyres site recommended are out of stock or more expensive that advertised (this time £150 more expensive). I cancelled my appointment and went to Halfords instead who were cheaper and fit my tyres without issues.

Have used this company on many occasions as I'm a great believer in supporting local businesses.
Always received good fast service at a competitive price.

Ordered a replacement tyre online, very easy process. Ordered it on Wednesday, was offered a fitting day and time on Thursday, chose Friday 1000 to make sure the tyre arrived ok. Went to the branch at 1000 on Friday, no tyre, delivery hadn't arrived, staff couldn't have been more apologetic or helpful, I left the wheel there, they contacted me as soon as the work was done and swapped the spare when I went to collect it. Good branch staff let down by others.

It was easy to get a slot that suited me, the staff were very friendly and efficient. They told me it would take half an hour to fit my tyres so I went for a coffee and upon my return half hour later it was ready as promised. My alloys are expensive so I asked for care not to mark them and this was carried out to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future.
