A reasonable service but avoid Tracking
A reasonable price and good selection of brands. The online booking works well.
However, I was quoted £39.99 for tracking, when I collected the vehicle they charged an extra £10 as it needed adjusting. I asked for a print out of the tracking but they said they only use an old machine which doesn’t print. How do I know they even done the tracking or if it needed adjusting? I questioned this so his bought out the arcaic machine to show me the equipment. I’ve not seen tracking done in this way since the 90’s!
Only other grumble is the tyre was covered in tyre glue, could have done with a wipe off to show pride in work.

The booking process was very easy. The tyres what I wanted was on stock and they were on a good price. The staff were very friendly and they did a great and quick work. I highly recommend them.

i would like to put less than 1 star if…
i would like to put less than 1 star if that was possible. i had such bad service from the strood branch. 1 person telling me they had the tyre and then someone telling me they didn't. i cancelled my tyre fit from strood as i don't trust them to be able to fit a tyre properly.

Online booking and payment was straight forward. I waited a little after my alloted time as the previous customer was longer than planned but that was fine. Advised I needed new brake discs and pads and was given a quote for that. I am having these looked at so hope that advice was good.

Worth a visit
Tom is a very nice young man fitted new tyre straight away while i waited around 15 mins he said I could leave the car as long as I wanted & visit the shops nearby which I thought was kind of him. Great job done. My son also uses Just Tyres it's so easy go online book a day time & tyre & pay & just turn up at the property job done

Had appointment booked for10am but was told was too busy as first customer arrived late so I was pushed back and tyres were not replaced until 11am with car ready 1130 ish. Little disappointed but otherwise ok
