Had appointment booked for10am but was told was too busy as first customer arrived late so I was pushed back and tyres were not replaced until 11am with car ready 1130 ish. Little disappointed but otherwise ok

I Can’t do that!!
Arrived at approx 2.30pm (9/5/24) to get a tyre fitted to my wife’s Ford Focus, tyre was in stock and the price was fine, was then told they couldn’t fit it until the following afternoon, at this time there was only one customer and no others in the car park but he insisted he couldn’t fit it, what kind of fitting centre turns away business when they have no customers waiting, we parked up across the road and had a quick look in 30 mins later after doing some shopping, the premises was empty no customers, I guess he just couldn’t be bothered, Just can’t fit tyres is more appropriate.

Missed my time and rescheduled to later in the day and all completed without grumbles.
But the office really needs some work. The door handle is a vice grip which made me initially worry about workmanship.

A good job done.
Although they were running late, I was kept informed, and when it came to it I did not feel the work on my car was being rushed with corners cut to catch up. The team were polite and very thorough, and I felt my car was in safe hands. The product was as I expected with the details being explained to me. e.g speed rating, road noise. When it came to the tracking no pressure but again a job well done. Also told to go back if any problems. All in all a positive experience.

Great Experience at Strood…
Absolutely can't recommend Strood branch enough, I paid for a new tyre online and when I got into branch they confirmed that I didn't need a new one as no puncture just an issue with valve, very rarely do you get honestly and integrity! So from now on happy to use this company for all my tyres and recommend. Well done to the 2 lads who work there, highly recommend.

Just tyres strood- dreadful service
Just tyres strood- dreadful service, book my car in for a new tyre for 11 o’clock and was still waiting for it to be done at 11.45. Clearly can’t cope with running the branch.

Boys were thorough , nice very helpful attended to what I wanted carried out although it took time for them to track it right I personally blame the tools they had to use they need a upgraded tracker system really using a lot device, not helpful for them but no complaints, tyres done in record time
